Review 1：Their Wifi was not working sufficiently for is to download our email, not enough bandwidth. We spoke to the day clerk and she insisted it was working correctly. We showed her the problem and she couldn't do anything about it. We had requested a queen bed and ended up with two twins pushed together, not ideal but also not terrible.

Review 15：Das Zimmer bedarf einer Renovation, die Teppiche, Wände, Türen etc. hatten schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, alles wirkte leider schmuddelig. Keine Steckdose für den Rasierapparat im Bad. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig (die Raumpflegerin hatte es echt nicht im Griff)! Die Matratzen waren ausgelegen. Für 280 Euro/Nacht kann man mehr erwarten!

Review 16：Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuss nur einige Meter bis in die "Partyzone". Sehr gute und ruhige Klimaanlage. Zimmer sind gut isoliert. Parkplätze in EH vorhanden (8 Euro/Tag). Vor dem Hotel thront das altehrwürdige Hotel Provençal, das sich gerade in Renovation befindet. Die Baustelle stört aber nicht sonderlich. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir erhielten sogar ein Upgrade, da unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit war.

Review 18：Really clean rooms, air con worked well. Great location for the main town and free parking, although you may need to walk a little. Hotel very tranquil place to relax. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby to suit most tastes but some a little pricey, but to be expected. Short walk (20 mins) to Antibes old town. Would definitely use again as a base to explore the coast.

Review 27：I mistakenly forgot to add my daughter to the reservation, but the front desk lady said "no problem" they had a fully booked hotel, but they rolled in a bed and even gave my daughter a chocolate bunny (was easter) excellent service, good breakfast, great hospitality.

Review 28：I had the same problem two visits in a row, and that had to do with the bathtub plug not working properly. Also, the wifi in my room was not working properly and when I complained, at first, I got attitude instead of help. Wifi everywhere else i traveled was fine so the problem was specific to the hotel and possibly my room.

Review 30：Very bad soundproofing. Our "suite" room had a door that connected to the neighboring room. We could hear loud and distinctly the conversations in that room. This is not what is expected from a room of a higher price category. The staff kindly offered to change to a smaller room, but we did not want that.

Review 31：We liked the location, away from the busiest and noisiest streets, but still close to the sea and the center of Juan-les-Pins. The staff was helpful. We could lock our rented bikes overnight in a safe place inside the hotel.

Review 32：we had a room overlooking the wall and the shed. The air conditioning stopped working, they couldn't fix it that night so gave us a dusty fan. The cleaners threw our stuff away.upon checking out we were told that the card we used to secure the booking was already charged, well we wanted to use a different card, they should have asked..all in all quite disappointing for the money we spent.

Review 38：The hotel is laying on the rigth place - close to the beach and the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are looking for, who comes and goes - that is very safe. The room is very clean and looks good, when you enter the room. An easy stay!

Review 39：There is a massive construction project dominating the front view of Hotel. Noise and visuals are unacceptable for a four star Hotel. It is unavoidable but must be noted for all future guests. Until his work is done the Hotel is poorly situated.

Review 113：when arrived late at night no one to show or tell me where any part of the hotel facilities were.Had to go to reception in nightwear to get extra milk.The only staff in 4 nights i saw were reception and cleaner.As a solo traveller felt overlooked. I had workmen working on a crane opposite my balcony. Thought i should have been put in a differant room,considering the cost i paid.

Review 123：We went to the Juan Jazz Festival and the festival is merely 100 meters from the Hotel. They have a safe garage to park your car. Internet is included and the debit is reasonable. Even the breakfast was great for (poor) frencg standards.
