Review 1：Wish there had been a lift - but this is a v minor thing as the hotel is in an old town house - so it wouldn't be practical to put one in.
Review 2：The manager - Christoph was delightful and answered all our needs. Breakfast for €16 was a steal and really delicious with absolutely everything that anyone could want on the buffet. The pool was welcome for the children. Having a car parking space ready for us with our name on on arrival was fabulous.

Review 4：A peaceful and quiet oasis removed from busy and bustling Juan les Pins, yet very near the centre and an easy walk to the public beach. The owner and staff were informative and friendly. Breakfasts in the morning air on the front patio were a particular pleasure. The small but adequate swimming pool was a great nook to refresh and to read Michael and Sheila.
Review 5：The "queen bed" is really two twin beds. We saw this a lot in Europe, so I can't really complain. The separate beds were very comfortable but the crack in the middle is difficult to work with!
Review 6：Loved the small house we stayed in. Felt like our own villa! We had a small kitchen, living space, bed, and bathroom. Also had a small patio with a table and chairs which was perfect for breakfast or glass of wine!

Review 8：The Hotel's location and character was superb. Friendly accommodating staff. Cleanliness. This was a birthday treat for a friend and suited her needs well, a complimentary bottle of wine was left for her as a welcome gift.
Review 9：Peaceful setting and very easy access to the beach and the town centre. The staff could not be more helpful. Also Juan-les-Pins has excellent train connections along the coast - which meant very convenient travel to all the main tourist towns. The train station is 10 mins walk from the Pre Catelan Hotel.

Review 11：The location of the hotel was great. Close enough to the centre of town to be able to enjoy the nightlife / bars / restaurants if you wanted but far enough away that you didn't have to listen to the noise of it 'til the early hours. Nice rooms. Nice little pool.
Review 12：During the day it would be nice to be able to be served a tray of drinks in the garden but there is only a machine in reception or tea facilities in the room - just a small point. The single beds seemed very small.
Review 13：Juan les pins is a very busy, noisy area late into the night but this hotel is in a residential area so very quiet. The garden area is very beautiful to relax in. The hotel is so very french and authentic.
