The Villa Stephanie features spacious guest rooms with sea views in a large villa located 2.5 miles from the center of Cannes and its beaches. The villa features an outdoor swimming pool, which is covered and heated in the winter.
Each air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries and bathrobes. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire villa.
A continental breakfast is served daily on the terrace, and includes homemade products. Other meals can be enjoyed upon request, and are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients by the hosts who are happy to welcome guests into their kitchen.

Review 1：A bit too expensive, close to a main road (noise), nice view from the terrace on the upper level but no view at all from the room, far from the town.
Review 2：The owners are lovable, very friendly (including the dog), helpful and always available. The room was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool was nice, well maintained but a little too small r swimming, great for children.

Review 8：Beautiful room full of sunlight, very comfortable and powerful modern shower in the bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi available for when it's hot - and it was! Breakfasts are great, as much as you want to eat good company around the breakfast table with the other guests and owners.

Review 12：My entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. I have travelled far and wide but I have rarely come across such a charming couple providing top quality accommodation in their lovely home which is like more a small boutique hotel. Full mini-bars in the room, dressing gowns and slippers, NESPRESSO machine with umpteen different types of coffee, walk in wardrobe, two basins, tasteful toiletries, chic and elegant furnishings.. And I only had the standard double! When they showed me their Suite, it was so stunning, it beggared belief for a B&B. Olivier and Stephanie must be the most charming couple on the French Riviera - nothing is too much trouble even to Olivier grabbing hold of the manual of my rented car because he couldn't find the English translation function on the Sat Nav. To be invited into their home was a real pleasure because I felt like an old friend returning although this was my first time. I cannot recommend this couple highly enough.
Review 13：A most welcome alternative to other accommodations in the area. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Excellent Beds and very nice and clean Bathrooms. The hosts (Stephanie & Olivier) go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay for their guests. The family dog "Jazz" is the most well spirited Retriever we have ever seen... Pool can be used at all seasons and the Jaccuzzi is a must (great view over the Cannes bay). For all people who are tired of the fowl attitude of many hotel operators in the Cannes area, this is the place to go...!! We would rate it a clear 10/10!!

Review 15：Stéphanie and Olivier are wonderful hosts, trying to accommodate every wish. Our junior suite was very nice, comfortable and clean, beautiful bathroom. Wonderful breakfast selection, including eggs made to order. Beautiful view over Cannes and the coast from the breakfast room and common terrace. Excellent location both to explore the coast, the hinterland as well as one or more of the many golf courses close by.

Review 49：We had amazing stay in Villa Stephanie Guest House for 1 night as part of our tour in Provence. The location is excellent, up on a hill, with magnificent view to Cannes from the terrace. The hosts were so kind and friendly.

Review 59：Very modern villa with functional furnishing. The guest apartments, at least three of them, are in the bottom level where you also have a terrace in front of your entrance. There is also a private car parking at the same level. The hosts are kind and polite and English is OK. An upside is that there is a swimming pool and you as a guest have access to it anytime during the day. The pool gets covered overnight which keeps it clean and warm. The only thing missing at the pool is that there are in total only four sunbeds for up to ten guests. The only backside of the place is that there is a wonderful view of Cannes and the sea from the first floor terrace where you have breakfast but there you don’t have access during the rest of the day. Down on the terrace on the bottom level there is no shade and no view. In all a nice place to be near Cannes and the price reflects the area.

So we decided to take a extra night in Villa Stefanie . If you would like to feel like in your own home its the best place for you .

Review 64：As it is their home, & not a stand alone bed & breakfast, you can't hang out in any other rooms in the house, such as the living room because you feel like you are encroaching in their personal space. You are basically just staying in your room, when you are there. If you are used to more "lounging" space in a regular bed & breakfast, then this may not be what you are looking for. None of the other guests sat in the living room either. It would be nice if they had the BBC & CNN news included in their cable TV offerings. As it was, none of the limited channels were in english. I don't travel to watch TV, but I like to keep current on the news each day & these channels were available in the two prior accommodations that we booked on our trip(my smart phone stayed in America as it is a work phone & I didn't want texts coming to me in Europe).
Review 65：Olivier & Stephanie are very nice people who immediately made us welcome in their home. Olivier took time out when we arrived to explain the amenities & how things were run. They were both very accommodating & were happy to help us with any requests we had, such as a wine opener & glasses, some ironing etc. The location was convenient to the motorway & grocery store as well. Olivier gave a very good suggestion for a local restaurant in Mougins old village, where we had a fabulous dinner. Overall, we had a pleasant stay & felt very at ease with both Olivier & Stephanie who are both genuinely nice & warm hosts.

Stephanie and Oliver treated us like family with care, class and an attention to detail only found in 6 star hotels! The home made breakfast was amazing and I still miss it. Everything about it is superb. Just when you thought it could not possibly get any better Stephanie did my hair for an awards night and it was perfect. The atmosphere is pure peace and happiness. It is a sanctuary filled with luxury and style. The best compliment I can give is I have already booked for the Cannes Film Festival next year! Any excuse I will go back as I truly did not want to leave! We had the best possible stay and next time I will stay much longer! I Stephanie & Olivet deserve the Palme D' Orr!
