Review 1：This hotel is a total rip off. It is totally miss sold BEWARE! Everything is at an extra cost even if you want to use the gym or spa facilities. There are no classes unless you pay 100 Euro for private lessons. The food (I think you would call it that?) is at best 'disgusting'!! The staff are snotty and rude. There was no one staying here in August while I was here .... Says it all !!!!

Review 2：The hotel cannot decide whether it is a clinic or a 5 star hotel. The staff also seem confused in general. When we called for room service at 5 minutes to 1pm we were told that room service starts at 1pm and we should call back instead of them just taking the order. The service is SLOW throughout. Use of the sauna and hammam and indoor pool area can only be used for a hefty extra daily charge, ridiculous for a luxury hotel. I asked for salt at breakfast and was told they don't have salt, so the waiter brought me black pepper???? Then he quickly disappeared out of sight. It is their philosophy to have no salt but if a grown adult asks for salt it should be provided - I have low blood pressure and in 34 degree heat i definitely need salt. There are only cardio machines in the gym - poorly equipped. The overall ambience of the hotel is very sterile and lacking in atmosphere.

Review 3：Our room was changed to a bigger room with a better view. We had booked a sea view room but could mostly only see a rooftop from the first room. Massage and facial were very good in the spa.
