Review 1：Wonderful stay, fantastic staff, magnificent restaurant. We could not express, having left a previous '5*' hotel due to poor facilities, what a delight it was to happen across this hotel in Booking.Com. It met and surpassed our expectations. I cannot fault it, nor its staff.

Review 2：we were very surprised that after being told that our grandaughter (aged 5) who visited us one afternoon for an hour could not use the pool because no children under the age of 12 were allowed - the very next morning there were at least 3 young children staying at the hotel - and they were making a lot of noise. I would like an explanation for this??

Review 4：Staff left you to yourselves which was great for relaxing, however if you wanted a drink you had to go and hunt them down... also we used this spa for our honeymoon straight after our Ibiza wedding which we made clear but staff didn't offer us anything in celebration. Hot tub/spa pool was also not heated in the slightest. We understand this was first year of reopening and the hotel was built to the highest standards but management/staff let down a little...

Review 10：I felt the bed was way too firm, I would describe it as hard . The distance from the main area of Ibiza town and other sights is considerable so I was lucky the friends I was with had hired a car . It would be expensive to use cabs all the time and I am not sure if there was a hotel car that could assist with transport .

The hotel is very modern with great facilities - especially the pool area and restaurant - and the grounds are very interesting and relaxing . The restaurant meals were excellent quality and the buffet breakfast and choices available just perfect . I loved the fig trees and helped myself to quite a few ripe ones

Review 13：Air con wasn't working so we had to move rooms but Maria helped out. Restaurant had limited menu, I think because it had just opened which was a shame as the setting was superb however breakfast was spot on.

Review 16：Too many problems to list but examples, our room was NOT a suite after 2 days of complaining I finally fixed my own toilet, the minibar was not cold and despite complaining to the restaurant staff and the manager and the manager's wife an inedible meal I was served was still on my bill at check out, which was in its self also a shambles. Very disappointing !
