Review 1：The owners Marlene and Dom are a delightful couple and make you very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is excellent both in quality and choice. Junior Superior Suite was roomy and modern.

Review 3：Splendid welcome overwhelming local information all very useful. Large airy suite all beautifully decorated and very clean. Efficiency at breakfast from staff as room was fairly small but service made up for it. Loved the croissants given to us for our trips out. Will definitely return.

Review 11：Probably designed by a young architect. No toilet roll holder. No mount for the shower head. No grab/hand rail on side of bath or surrounding wall. IMHO a shower in a deep bath is a 'trip hazard' for getting in and out and for the low cost of installing nicely designed and thoughtfully place grab bars it would avoid possible costly liability suites.

Review 22：The position was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great rooms which were clean, modern, fresh and airy. The breakfast was lovely and enjoyed by us all. the staff/owners were friendly and helpful and even sent us off with a bag of fresh pastries for our journey!:0)

Review 24：This is a very nice familyrun, countryside hotel in a cosy little beach-side village. Staff is extremely friendly and serviceminded. The hotel is very recently refurbished and cleaning is excellent.

Review 26：When I had a puncture on my motorcycle tyre, the owner allowed me to use their covered parking area to store it. He then telephoned around to find someone who could repair it and he drove me to drop off my wheel and then later to collect it. Throughout the whole process, he was extremely helpful and friendly. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Review 28：Superb welcome from the manager/owner, and also later when we met his wife who shares the running of the hotel. The whole place was spotlessly clean (recently renovated in 2012 I believe) and they both clearly take enormous pride in their work and are at pains to make guests feel valued and well catered for. The breakfast room was bright, clean and had a nice feel to it. Tables large enough and we enjoyed good quality breads, fruit, and pastries. The hotel has plentiful open grassed areas right outside so free parking is no problem. We upgraded to the Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is easy walking distance to the sea and there are a couple of eateries nearby, the best (and most expensive) being the Hotel les Iles on the seafront, where the 28 euro menu was excellent (as long as you enjoy sea food.) We would definitely stay at Hotel Jersey again on route to the ferry (only 40 mins or so away.)

Review 48：It was definitely well-meant but we felt the attention of the hosts was a little too intensive. It wasn't really possible just to slip in and out of the hotel as someone always 'appeared' to check everything was OK. The person who cleaned our room also had very clear ideas about what should be where so cushions, shoes, etc. were moved around and no longer where we expected to find them when we came back to our room. To use WiFi the owners issue a code which is only valid for 24 hours (but free of charge). This was a little inconvenient. The reception in our room on the 2nd floor wasn't good - this is a known issue and the owner immediately told us the signal would be better on the ground floor if we wanted to come downstairs.
Review 49：The hotel is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean and quiet - at least after the first night when we heard the people in the room next to ours moving around, opening and closing their doors, etc. which I suppose is normal in a hotel. The other two nights we seemed to be on our own on the 2nd floor. The hosts went to great lengths to have contact with the guests and try to make them feel welcome. We had booked a twin room and this was checked on arrival. It later turned out that the twin room we had on the second floor was one of the smallest in the hotel. The owner showed us a double room on the first floor when we were leaving and it was indeed much bigger but this was not a problem for us at all. They are planning to turn at least one of the doubles in to a twin in the near future to meet demand. We did not use it but there was a nice outdoor area at the back with tables and chairs.
