Review 1：The hotel is far from Colmar centre. If you want to visit the Christmas market, a car is useful. During our stay (2 nights) the restaurant was fully booked. If you intend to have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, it's better to make a reservation several days before your arrival.

Review 2：The hotel was very nice decorated for Christmas and the staffs were very friendly. Our apartment was very big, modern furnished, well equipped and very clean. The children have adored the spa centre opened till 21h in the evening, a very good place to relax after a long trip. We'll definitely come back for our next visit in Alsace.

Review 3：Booking.com has the hotel listed as in Colmar but it is 3 kilometres away and the hotel staff knew the web site was wrong and didn't tell them!

Review 5：On arrival after driving from Italy, asked to book in the restaurant and was told that it was fully booked for our entire 3 night stay and gave me a list of places to eat in Colmar , some 5km away ! With a Brassiere, restaurant and bar , I booked this 4 star hotel so dining would not be a problem travelling with my 5 and 7 yr olds. To be told there was no food available after the 10 am breakfast cut off until 7 am the next day I find outrageous. Even though I believe I should have had first refusal in the restaurant ( I booked and paid in full in March ! ) I would have at least expected bar food or room service !

Review 6：The room was a very nice with a lot of space, good beds and great shower.The bath did not work so on 2nd night moved room , to one that had faulty A.C. so was very hot all the time, but the kids loved the bath.

Review 7：Our bad experience was related with booking.com rather than with the hotel. Sending us an email with the weather conditions was good. Sending us the correct address of the hotel, which was NOT in Colmar but in a small village 3 KLM away from Colmar, would have been much more useful and would have saved us time in what was a long driving trip. The hotel management told us that they had notified you a long time ago that the address details you were using were wrong!!!

Review 11：Staff absolutely appalling Totally ignored at reception for no reason, could see we were there, nobody else was. Ditto at the bar, we could have been invisible. Restaurant might be nice but very expensive, ignored there as well by staff who could see I was wanting to speak to someone. I'm well dressed, well spoken, have travelled a great deal in Europe - this is the worst treatment ever.

Review 13：This is a lovely hotel. On our 16-day trip to Europe, this was the nicest hotel we stayed in. Our only problem was finding it! It is not in Colmar, and no one we asked seemed to have a clue where it was, even though it must be a popular place for events. There was a company event the night we were there, so we went next door to the Ibis for dinner. The price was very reasonable and there's a beautiful swimming pool. Since it's not in the city, there's plenty of parking. We would give it a 10!

Review 21：the air condition didn't work well initially. the fridge in the family room didn't work. the swimming pool was not well maintained. there was algae, and the tiles were cracked. also, the metal pieces (at the sides of the pool) had bits of sharp metal sticking out.

Review 27：The hotel is not located in Colmar as indicated by Booking.com. It's in a neighbouring village hence we could not walk to the Old City of Colmar nor any restaurants. Aircon struggled to keep us cool & WiFi did not work in our room.

There's an indoor swimming pool that looks really good but we didn't have time to try it out. Buffet breakfast is charge at 15 euros per person, it was excellent with huge selection. Bedroom is a good size, bed is comfortable. There's an aircon in the room.

Review 43：The hotel is a good 5 minute drive from Colmar, which is where we ate during our stay. Apparently the hotel restaurant can be fully booked at times and so it is either necessary to eat in Colmar or at one of the hotels nearby.

Review 44：The hotel is well appointed and well located for visiting and touring around Alsace. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fare available.

Review 45：The only hotel in 6 weeks that wanted to charge us for putting ourbicycles in secure parking. We were allowed to lock them in a gardenbehind the hotel instead. The rooms are plastic. Plastic wall coverings,plastic decorations etc etc. not environmentally aware at all. Verystrange layout means it can be a long walk to reception. You will need acar, public transport almost non-existent.

Review 47：This hotel is not in Colmar but Horbourg-Wihr but there is a park at the same address in Colmar that is on the address given by Booking.com. Also the GPS co-ordinates are incorrect, they lead to a school in Colmar. When we took this problem up with hotel they were not the least bit interested that we had spent an hour in grid locked traffic to find the hotel in Colmar but did admit that it had happened to others.

Review 49：Stain on stair carpet looked if though someone had vomited. Hotel décor and fittings tired - cannot see how it justified a 4 star rating. Hotel appears to be geared up for coach parties rather than the independent traveller.

Review 53：We arrived on a Saturday about 4.00pm and the dining room was fully booked. Had to go next door to the Ibis brasserie (or it would have meant getting in the car to go further afield). So, remember to book in advance if you don't want to go out of the hotel. Having said that, had dinner on our second night and it was excellent!

Review 59：I know this hotel for having stayed in it when it was new (late90's) and in the "charm & relax" category. Today, faraway from it because:- needs a real refresh and identity (or may soon fall in the truck dirver motel category) - lobby is weird and not welcoming - long empty corridors with not even a plant or frame ! - refreshed rooms are comfortable but lack style and identity - sorry but bath amenities are cheap and limited for a 4* - breakfast and breakfast room are terrible with industrial food and no much left after 9:15 am (official stop is 10am !) - some reviewers said coffee was good/fresh which is true but no way to get a capuccino or latte or anything of international std !

Review 60：Location is fair for a road stop over and all we liked was the roomspace and comfort with a great shower ! But it seemed that we got a newroom. Also nice to have free parking although understandable in themiddle of the countryside ...

Review 61：The employees of the hotel don't speak English. A hotel is a place where foreign tourists can be expected and it shouldn't be assumed that all the people around the world learn and can speak French.That's ridiculous!

Review 62：Hotel was nice, but not a real 4*. They had a small pool but then went cheap on the slippers which you had to buy at the front desk (1Euro, not much but why do not include this in the room price ?) WIfi was not particularly fast and one needs to re-login very often.

Review 72：1) jacuzzi was with cold water and cannot be started on demand, it runs on a 40 minutes on and 20 minutes pause from morning to evening so if you arrive there near the pause then you must wait 20 mins for it to start again 2) the swimming pool was also with cold water, it is november, brrrrrr !!! 3) wifi very slow, at least in room 244 with two different new smartphones, signal was strong but network was sloooowwwww zzz!

We stayed there while exploring the Alsace Wine Road and it was a good place to stop if you want to visit some of the wineries in the foothills along the road.

Review 76：We were provided with a delicious room service smoked salmon salad upon our arrival after 10pm, despite a room service closure time of 10pm. Staff could not have been more helpful throughout our one night stay. There was plenty of parking and garages were available too, for a small extra charge. We got up early in the morning to sample the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna facilities, each of which were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
