Review 1：The shower fitting was broken, so it was impossible to have a shower standing up. Similarly, a bath was impossible because the plug didn't fit the drain-hole. No doubt not a problem in summer when they have most guests, but a pain at New Year.

Review 5：Very comfortable hotel. room was more like a apartment, spacious and very clean. Room was made up every day and staff at reception were very helpful. Location was ideal for the town and transport network.

Review 8：The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, but there is a busy road on the otherside of the park opposite the hotel which is quiter noisy and busy for most of the day and night.

Review 9：The Hotel is in great location close to the beach and the vibrant part of Juan Les Pins. Secure onsite parking at an extra cost. We booked in to a family sized room for the additonal space and found it very adequate for our 10 day stay, very clean and comfortable.

Review 14：There was a fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the room! Very pleasantly surprised! The WiFi connection was excellent! Stayed in 4 star hotels that weren't as pleasant!

Review 15：One of the front-desk women was rude: she refused to give us the standard remote to access the parking because we "were only staying for one night". Later, when we needed access to the parking lot to retrieve additional baggage, she said, "I thought you wouldn't need your car again?" Her comments seemed to suggest that we were second class hotel guests not worthy of car access or autonomy.

Review 16：Our room, room 12, had a double exposure, two sets of sliding glass doors for soundproofing, midcentury modern decor and ambient lighting. The hotel is just 3 blocks from the coast, 5-10 minutes from many restaurants and the lively (but family-friendly) night scene of Juan les Pins. We enjoyed using the secure on-site parking. WiFi was weak in the room.

Very convenient to walk to the beach and train station. If you want to go to Nice and Cannes in peak season, recommend to park the car in hotel (safe) and take the train (station is 5 minutes walking distance)

Review 32：This is a hotel that everyone should avoid. Reception is rude and almost aggresive towards customers. Stains on the sheets, furniture is dated and damaged, kitchenette is smelly, there was a wardrobe full of half eaten groceries! Our bathroom was old and ugly. Overall i got disgusted even when touching around. It was a nightmare. Sleeping on a bench is much better idea than staying here!

We have friends who live in juans les pins so we didn't use the hotel for meals but thought the menu looked good and it was reasonably priced. The room was large and comfortable with a great balcony looking over the gardens, all in all we were really pleased and will definitely use the hotel again when visiting the area. We have four children and will be travelling with them next time so will look at staying in one of the apartments at the hotel

The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent, innovative ideas , well presented. All the staff were very helpful and polite, parking at the hotel is plentiful, a real plus in a busy town. Same the hotel did not have a pool, but e beaches are just a few minutes away, I would recommend, not too many children there too which was a bonus, ( September ) I would recommend for a quite comfortable stay with no need to go out for a good meal.

Review 93：the cleaning ladies knocked in my door at 9am, insistently. Once she insisted to enter even when I said that I didn't want and just to leave an ad! so if you don't want tobe disturbed so early you have to leave a Don't disturb sign outside the door before going to bed.

Review 103：The breakfast was okay but way over priced but this may be true of many hotels in this area. We ate out mostly in the evenings. We found that with little children in the heat its a bit of a walk to main part of Juan les Pins. Would have loved room to have mini fridge and kettle.

Its also on the same street as the main bus routes which is great for exploring nearby Antibes, Cannes and Nice as well as the airport bus route. The hotel and room were very bright and clean and had a shower and bath. The hotel staff were very friendly and had high tolerance for us trying to speak poor French!

Bus no 250 from airport stops 3 min away. 7 min to city centre. Beautiful room and hotel and outdoor garden. Clean. I travel alot around europe and this is very good value for money I would say. Superfriendly staff who speak english very well. Didn't eat at the hotel so don't know about that. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, higly recommended.

Review 111：Safety box had no lock :-) The French habit of not being able to wash your hands in the toilet is strange (separate bathroom).... No proper curtains (we lowered the shades on the balcony to prevent the morning sun from waking us up early). Overall feeling is not luxurious, a bit worn, but ok.

Review 112：Our family room had a nice interior. Soft&wide beds. Very nice breakfast, incl. Eg. Croissants, bread, yoghurts, fruit salad, eggs, cheese, ham, etc. Short walk from the beach and shopping. Ok parking outside in a closed yard. Good wifi.

Review 113：The room was not ready for us at 3 in the afternoon. They wanted us to wait for an hour. Said have a coffe but we would have had to buy it. We had so little time so I think we got upgraded when we eventually said we could not wait any longer which is what they should have done in the first place.
