Review 1：No wifi for whole week. Pool light, with the dirt, came of by itself. Not fixed while our stay. Main bedroom's roof sound insulation for raindrops requires enhancement.
Review 2：We liked the pool area. It was quite private without feeling like a bunker. Overall space of the house. Despite few small negatives, we could come again.
Review 3：Great Villa..Nice and quiet area.Bus in to town is only 5 mins walk..But a car is also handy to have..You have to try the local restaraunt La Flamenco...Outstanding !!!
Review 4：Wifi didn't work the whole time, password we were given was wrong but that's not why we booked the villa so it didn't bother us. A welcome pack would have been nice with some info on the villa, location and how to use things etc... For example the pool was cleaned twice by two different peopl throughout our week but we were not informed and the men just arrived in the villa... Took us by surprise.
Review 5：The villa is in a good location, I would recommend a car hire. The villa itself has beautiful facilities, great size lounge and communal areas. Bedrooms are clean and bright and very airy. Furniture is solid and ample for everything! Kitchen is great, stocked full of ikea homeware and big fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Review 8：Wifi down for last 3 days told it was fixed when it wasnt - this was a real let down. 2 english channels on TV both news, when locating the villa we were given wrong villa number. Spent an hour looking for the wrong place.

Review 10：Pool not heated, a cover may of helped. No cushions for sunloungers only beach towels, these are the only disadvantages otherwise great
Review 11：spacious 2 bed villa very clean and had all the basics, would go back as good value and very safe as back garden could only be entered through villa and was very private Owner pleasant, met us and gave us codes and keys and showed us to villa but you must phone him in person, for info and his English is very good, if there was any problems all we had to do was phone him. cut through to shops at farrow park again there is a security gate takes no more than 10 mins walk and has brillian bakers, supermarket, with good prices, resturants, far side of supermarket is a take away. Bus service from there to playa blanca number 30 runs all day and at least until 10pm we will definetly go back.
Review 12：We stayed a few days so in our case it's not a big deal, but nobody came around to clean the place. Bring your own shower gel/soap/shampoo. WiFi sucks, as it does is most places.
Review 13：The place is great, it's a large Villa with a swimming pool and bbq. The Villa itself is well kept and clean, it's fully equipped. In about 10-15 you are in Costa Papagayo, very close to the best beaches in the south of the island.

Review 16：Lots of dogs barking early evening, but didnt spoil holiday, fans or air conditioning would be welcomed for the bedrooms as no shutters on doors and windows so had to be closed at night, making the rooms a bit warm.
Review 17：quiet location (most of the time), lovely swimming pool , restaurants 5 min walk or 20 min walk to restaurants overlooking sea, (worth the walk but taxi reasonably priced) A very relaxing holiday and would recommend.

Review 32：Poor directions had to ask locals to direct us as no mention that it was in a gated complex Cleaning poor, long black hairs everywhere and floor dirty. Free wiif but no instructions re password. Had to contact owner/manager long distance to obtain code Safe not working and no reply on how to get it open again. No instructions for anything in the villa or welcome/info booklet about the villa or local area. If you feel the cold take something for the evening as no aircon or heating and pool very cold in November! If your safety conscious there are no smoke detectors or alarms, actually can't remember seeing anything incase of an emergency! Oh and for those who want to play darts, as advertised, we couldn't find a darts board! Don't get me wrong it was a nice enough villa just didn't seem kitted out for holiday makers and I'm just going by the two other villas we have stayed in this year in lanzarote.
Review 33：Double bed very comfortable Very quiet location at the far south of the island on a gated residential area. Edgar who we contacted to take us into the complex was extremely polite, even though he speaks little English and we little Spanish. Lovely area for walks and cycling. About a 15 min walk into playa Blanca but well worth it. Bottle of wine and water was nice on arrival. But be warned it is self catering. And you will need to take or buy everything ie soap, washing up liquid and cloths and all food basics.
Review 34：Estate has no shops you cant buy even bread in the morning, you have to go to town 7km.
