Review 1：this hotel is not correct.I booked with a supplement for seaview. When I arrived they told methat i booked a standard roomwich was not the truth. But after 3 hours driving end 4 in a plane I accepted a lees expensive room. After a few days, I checked with the front office: I had payed for a premium room with seaview and i got a standard room.I phoned booking and they arranged for the rest of the stay that I receive a roomwith seaview, but hey refused to reimbourse for the first days. You pay for everything: wifi 25€ a week, the safe, bootle of wine at trhe restaurant are expensive for the quality...

Review 15：The food isn't amazing but it's fine, comparable to other all inclusive's in Lanzarote. The pool isn't heated again comparable to all other places but even though the sun is gorgeous in January a heated pool would certainly improve the holiday.

Review 16：This was our second visit to vik and we love it. The location may not be for everyone as it is right at the end of the island, a beautiful 30 minute coastal walk from the town. This is what makes it ideal for us as it keeps numbers down and you sometimes feel that you have the resort to yourself! The villas are very spacious and have everything you need and most villas have a view of the rocky coastline and the amazing crashing waves. The weather is gorgeous. We discovered with the TV this time, that there is a language button on the remote where you can change the language back to english with two good channels neox and discovery playing such things as the big bang theory. Very handy in the evenings with a teenage son! Not a place for partygoers. Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing.

The Fine Print

Cleaning takes place and towels are changed 5 days a week. Sheets are changed twice a week.Please note that the reception is open from 7 am to 5 am.The property offers a free shuttle to Dorada Beach (Playa Blanca) on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
