Review 9：Ordered non smoking room and balcony : got smokers room with no balcony, could proove it as I had confirmation paper; room was changed but not with a smile or apology, I got the feeling I was a problem. Later safe would't open, receptionist tried to help but wasn't abel to, then safe finally opened after numerous trials, receptionist explained it could have to do with poor battery. Wrong room and safe issue took valuable time. No magnifying mirror in bathroom. Most staff smiling and polite, others not.

Review 10：Location location location!: 2 minutes from train station and 3-4 min from beach and shopping. Baggage storage behind locked doors. I decided temperature in room myself: silent and efficient air conditioning, also thick curtains and optional awning on balcony. Good/normal bed and pillows. Clean room. Elevator.

Review 15：My only comment would be if you have a room facing the main road, you are woken at 6am most mornings with the bin men executing their duties. I appreciate this comment is beyond the control of the hotel management and staff.

Review 16：This hotel is ideally situated for the town, beech and the railway station. The hotel boasts friendly staff who are always happy to help. As for cleanliness no issues rooms were always spotless.

Staff always polite and very helpful. Juan Le Pins itself is very expensive but we got the train in to Antibes or headed along the beach a bit and was fine.

Review 30：Less than a minute walk to the train station, two minute walk to promenade and beach. Small-ish room on 4th floor with balcony at rear of building. Coffee maker (couldn't figure it out but they supplied a kettle), small fridge with water and juice resupplied daily. Decent sized bath with shower overhead, plenty of hanging space. Efficient air-con, reasonable rates, nice breakfast, would stay there again.

Review 31：The wifi in the room can only have one user at the time. Since we were 2 people in the room, we had to share and that made it hard when we both needed wifi in the morning. The nightshift receptionist knew nothing about the hotel. I asked if we would get a balcony. He didn't know if 3rd floor had balcony...

Review 32：The hotel is only 200m from the beach. The little tourist train that goes to Antibes is 150m from the hotel. In the other direction, the trainstation that takes you almost everywhere is 50 m away. There is no need for a taxi if you use the train to and from Nice. And if you use the tourist train, you can have dinner until late in Antibes. ( The trains stops going and taxi is imposssible to find in the evening )There is also a red tourist bus 100m from the hotel that takes you to Cap d'Antibes.

Review 33：The breakfast wasn't really worth paying for, tinned fruit and not much choice! You had to keep logging into the wifi every time you wanted to use it!!

Review 95：We were there while renovations were going on which did make us a bit uncomfortable. Also, the room was rather small. but all in all, we liked our stay there.

Review 96：The staff were very friendly. One of them was very fluent with English. With others it was better to use French. The location is great... the beach is just a few steps away.

Review 97：We supposed to get 3 free drinks per day from the mini bar bar but on 3 out of 5 nights only got 2 drinks. This was eventually rectified after complaining 3 times. Also one night the fire alarm went off , but there was absolutely no word from any staff as to whether this was a false alarm or not, the guests were very confused as to what was going on and we saw no staff whatsoever to reassure us or even to make an appearance. To make matters worse when we tried to exit out of the fire door on the bottom floor it would not open. This made us very nervous and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 98：Was not impressed with Juan-Les-Pins – very built up – restaurants and bars have built right out on the beach to the edge of the sea. You have to walk about 600 to 800 meters before you get a public beach. Not a lot to do there apart from sitting on the beach! Antibes is about 20 minutes walk from Juan-Les-Pins and is lovely – very impressed with Antibes – lots to do there.

Review 99：Hotel was very central – a few hundred meters from the beach. Room was ok, small enough, however it did have a balcony. Air con was ok, and room was clean. Lift was very small. Room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet – we did not hear any noise from the street. Can do a walk around the headland from Juan-Les-Pins to Antibes which is very nice - it is probably about 10k and is very nice.

Review 100：Read or heard somewhere that bus service 200 went to Nice airport ¨-very agro bus driver told us we were wrong when we tried to board.Direct airport bus 250 followed almost immediately and good value 15euro (for 2) took us terminal 1. Excellent service and good legroom

Review 109：This is a very comfortable hotel which is very conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes from the beach and 8 minutes from the main bus stops in Juan-les-Pins. The hotel is on a very pleasant side street lined with palm trees. The room was very comfortable and kept very clean. There are tea & coffee making facilities and a lovely balcony with a side view of the sea (if you have a street facing room). Very comfortable bed and efficient air con which was quiet and easy to use. Did not have breakfast in the hotel as 10 Euros is too expensive. The staff are very helpful and friendly and a credit to the Best Western hotel chain.
