Review 1：the only problem is noise from the adjoining rooms sepecially from the elderly Spaniards who all seem deaf and talk into the early hours. it would be great if the TV could be turned of from a central point at midnight.

Review 2：the friendly staff, the cleanliness and the fact that you are seconds away from the beach and the safest water in spain si ideal for kids and non swimmers as you just sit on the sea bottom to enjoy the sea.

Review 3：Not happy when the lift broke down and we got stuck in it for a short time before Hermann rescued us. Very small lift with no air circulation and on a very hot day! Bit scary but it was mended within the hour and all was well.

Review 4：Friendly staff and impeccably clean. Nice beds and good size room (503) which had a lounge area and overlooked the sea with a balcony. Cleaner gave us an airer without us asking for one which was invaluable. Local shops for essentials and plenty of places to eat cheaply. Would recommend La Puente which is past the trabuco hotel away from the beach run by a lovely Swedish couple who are passionate about cooking excellent meals for you but very cheap! And they have a brand new pool table!

Review 5：The hotel is located directly beside the Mar Menor sea and beach alongside other shops and cafes and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely trsditional Spanish hotel.

Review 6：The manager Hermann is a very pleasant man. He doesn't speak English but he tries hard to understand you and accommodate any requests made. Always friendly. Hotel is on the beach front and close to all the main shops. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Beds comfortable and there is a fridge and a safe in the room.

Review 7：The only complaint was that there was no hairdryer in the room. Had to go to reception to ask for it then take it back when you had finished with it. So used to this facility I didn't take my own.

Review 8：The location was perfect. Santiago de la Ribera is a lovely little place, very clean, not noisey.

Review 17：Staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was excellent and had a lounge which also had a fantastic view of the beach. The sheets were changed daily and they were very methodical on cleaning the room. Wifi excellent. Good area for local bars, restaurants and shops. All very good value for money.

Review 22：Obviously a 2* hotel isn't going to have lots of facilities, however, the staff were great, location fab and absolutely spotless. We were allowed to keep the room until 7.00 pm the next day as we had a late flight at no extra cost, it made all the difference.
