Review 1：The whole place needs improvement in maintenance and all other items that one expects to have while in vacation. The room, the wifi, water etc.

Review 2：The people working there are fantastic but overworked.

Review 3：The beds were awful, the food was very bad and we got food poisoning. For a coffee in a coffee cup (instead of plastic) we had to pay, for internet we had to pay for a single device 30 Euros. The pool was freezing and the pool chairs were old and worn down. Never again...

Review 4：Food was of a very low standard. Food very cold at times. Plates came out of Kitchen still dirty.. .All Inclusive drinks were served in a small plastic cup. Staff in dining room not friendly especially the woman supervisor who was actually rude ! No body greeted guests with a smile morning or evening. The only effort made in the dining room was for Halloween night.. The Apartments whilst a good size were so basic, no plates, bowls, no kettle ect supplied. Would not return to HL Rio Blanca Hotel.

Review 6：The room was tired, plaster crumbling off the walls, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The extra bed we requested never materialised, meaning we had to carry part of the sofa Into the bedroom for our child to sleep on leaving us nowhere to sit. Unless you were up at 07.30 you had no chance of a sunbed let alone a parasol which is an essential with young children, there were towels on almost every sunbed yet they were unused for hours. The main issue for us however was that two days in to our holiday our little boy was ill more than likely from the food. At 11.15pm after being asleep all day he was hungry. The all inclusive had finished at 11pm and when we asked if they could provide him with something to eat we were told to we had to get a taxi into town!!! All we wanted was a sandwich. The staff were extremely unhelpful, and didn't care. We made a formal complaint at that point then met with the hotel manager the next morning who felt his staff had been acting reasonably. At that point extremely upset and angry we checked out of the hotel and found alternative accommodation.

Review 7：We liked very little about this hotel, the only positive things really were that the rooms were clean and quiet in the evenings, away from the awful entertainment!

Review 8：My son couldn't go on most of the rides at the water park... The entertainment was not as good and the food was not as good as most nights it was the same thing.

Review 12：Food was dreadful, waited 40 mins for table for breakfast. Which was best meal of the day! Pool bar snacks where atrocious!!!! Saw staff filling olive oil bottles with vegetable oil. If you don't like salad don't go all inclusive here. Coffee was served in polystyrene cups which tasted dreadful.

Review 14：The hotel was excellent all round, good pool layout, plenty of sunbeds (even when the hotel was full). Entertainment staff and programme for everyone. Variety of food choice was good (something for every taste). Bungalows spacious. All staff very friendly and helpful. No big queues at the bar.
