Sunbeds should not be allocatted with towels for the whole day as i experience some sunbeds not been able to be use for the whole day as no one came to use it. Snack bar should have some fly and insect protecters on food.as it is not hygienic having it without nothing. But overall everthing was excellent will visit again,

Review 7：My family visited this resort in May 2015 and stayed in the Ibiza building. We were very satisfied with the water park and pools. The Daily activities were highly appreciated by both parents and kids. The restaurant was good, a litle bit loud during peak hours (we tried to get a table outside which helped a lot). The location of this resort is a litle remote with 15 km to Estepona and 12 km to Marbella.

Review 18：Noisy breakfast room. No beach beds at breach. Hotel was 4 stars, but our room was in an older buildning, more 2 stars-like, which was not clear when we booked. No air-con in room. Room smelled badly, we change once to a somewhat better, but still not good.

Review 20：1. On arrival into our room, we found out toilet not to be working. We went to reception to tell them and were advised this would be fixed. This was never done at all during our 1 night stay.When we mentioned this when we left the guy on reception couldn't have been less interested. We have since made a formal compliant but still had no response at all!. The food is not what you would expect of a 4 star hotel at all, very basic salad bar and limited choice. If you arriving from the motorway, good luck!, the sign from the motorway is so minute you have passed it before you realise where the turning is
