Review 1：tranditional style hotel with good view of the mountain, staffs are very nice. give help when we met the problem about the car. food is good, WIFI is good as well.

Review 3：Amazing view, especially when you have a room with a balcony, over the valley and the lake. It's quiet at night and lively during the day.Great food and good service.
Review 4：We didn't expect 6pm latest check in time, we had a late arrival and at 10pm the whole place was totally dark, no signs of reception, all doors were locked, no lights on the property. It took us 20 minutes just to find a main entrance that didn't look like one (trash cans, ruined road, old equipment, etc.). Doors were locked and ringing the bell haven't produced any results for over 30 minutes. Luckily, one of the hotel guests was walking his dog and entered hotel. We've asked him to find anybody to check us in and after 15-20 min he found the owner/manager who came down the stairs very disappointed and telling us that check in was due at 6pm. There was no soap in bathroom so we had to go and request it in the early morning. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 6：Exceptional location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Although it is tricky to get there without a car, it is worth a visit. Many thanks to Andrea, the manageress, for the assistance and a great stay.
Review 7：7km of Steep rather dangerous road to get to the place, and I'm an older lady and was by myself and it was worrisome. My room was rather dark reaching out to the wood, only the larger rooms seem to be to the front with the BAlconies and view and much more room and light and flowers. Also I wish they had some beds outside to stretch out and enjoy the surroundings and fresh air and sunshine, if it shines.
Review 8：Very friendly stuff, the breathtaking view, very rich breakfast bar. Lots of areas for walking mostly up to even higher grounds and huts. Many backpacker and even mountain bikers came by.

Review 10：1) The furniture: All wood, wooden floors. At an altitude of 1000 metres. Great if you suffer from dust allergy. 2) For me the most stunning view North of the Alpine main rim. 3) Not to forget the breakfast buffet, the cuisine, the style of the house AND THE STAFF!
Review 11：Everything was great - the pillows were a bit soft (but that's a matter a preference) and the water in our shower was not incredibly warm, but that was a detail.
Review 12：Beautiful located in the mountains, the Berghof is definitely worth the ride up! We had a great - though short (1 night) - stay, with 2 couples. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and had a delicious dinner in the evening as the only guests in the house.
Review 13：The view was superb. I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel even though it was rather old-fashioned.
Review 14：The staff were brilliant! we spoke to the lady on the phone and she sounded lovely and when we arrived she was great, they made us feel very welcome. The rooms we had were 2 double rooms and they were both beautiful!!! they were spacious with beautiful views from the balcony. They had a big bath and shower, which after 200 odd miles on a motorcycle in the cold and wet was great!!!! The food was lovely, we had a nice filling meal and sat in the restaurant which was warm and cozy. Breakfast in the morning was good, lots of selection to choose from. Me and my friend had a brilliant stay, we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 26：Simply a beautiful spot with a fabulous view of Lake Hallstätter and the Dachstein mountains. There are routes for hikers aswell as for mountainbikers, to and from the hotel!! Meals at the restaurant were good and tasty. One can see that the hotel is of an older design and interior, but it was very clean and the service was very friendly.
