Reviews for Ferienpark Arber

Review 1：The staff were not very friendly. The whole site needs a new lick of paint and refurbishment. The toilet block at the far end was dirty and unhygenic. The video advertisement gives the impression that the Swimming Pool indoor and outside is on the site but it is not and is owned by a third party. There is a gate next to the Internet tent which gives access to this but it was closed - probably due to safety reasons. This would have been ideal as it was a long walk around to the main entrance from the site. Finally, it was disappointing to find that the bike hire was also permanently closed and again this appears on the promotional video as being a facility available. Finally, to have a 2 hour break at lunchtime for the shop was excessive.

Review 3：The beautiful well cared for grounds and the very cheery and helpful staff. Our chalet was comfortable giving full morning sun for breakfast on the front deck. Many birds to observe. Nice to wonderful forest walks right from the back of the property.

Bed linen may be hired and costs EUR 10 per person.
