Review 1：Found a dead roach in the bedroom the first morning. Threw it out the window and didn't see any more. hey it's a hot country.

Review 2：Staff changed the room when I didn't want to be on the road. Well maintained, well stocked room although utensils to wash the dishes would be useful In general, staff were very helpful.

Review 12：Unfortunately the hotel has a lot of stairs to climb, we stayed two years ago and were in H8 which was top floor of a block, this time we were apt 20 which was third floor but still a good climb each day. This really would be an issue for anyone older or with mobility issues.

On arrival told they were notavailable and given one 3 bed apartment with no cost reduction.Disgraceful attitude and without doubt this Hotel used the doublebooking excuse for their own ends and profit. Review 32：Breakfast was terrible. Even my 5 years old kid asked ,-mam, can we will go back to hotel were was untasty breakfast? We stayed there 4 days and all of this days was the same poor breakfast . Egg , beens, mushrooms, scramble eggs and some chicken balls, and souseges and for childrens -bred ,Nutella and untasty musli . Few cakes in plastic bags. I was disappointed .no pancakes no vegetables , very poor fruit choice

Also the paid for wifi, later didn't work when we used it from our room as the voucher page would only come up when we were near the reception/bar area and only after entering the voucher code from reception could we use it from our room.

Review 55：On arrival there was a mix up with rooms instead of 2 bedroom apartment we paid for they give us 2 single apartments until the next day but when they did put us in a 2 bedroom apartment it was on the top floor which had 4 flights of stairs and a low ledge not appropriate for young children and also had to leave the pram under the stairs on bottom floor as there was no lift. We were disappointed because when we booked oct 14 last year we had ask for ground floor because we had young children

Review 60：Large and pleasant pool area with plenty of space on the sun-deck, plenty of loungers and a well-priced bar / snack bar. Shallow, separate kids' pool was safe for our toddler but still large enough for older kids. Pleasant, spacious and clean apartment. Would definitely go again.

Review 61：The apartment was close to everything. The staff were brilliant especially charlie who entertains everyone. Would recommend these apartments to anyone. My kids really enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings. Starts with a mini disco for little ones at 8.30 then a bingo at 9 for everyone and then at 10 the evening show. All my kids loved the shows especially the Michael Jackson one. Brilliant.

Review 64：There are a lot os steps in this complex, we counted 46 up to our room at the back (block L). If you have a buggy, or are travelling with someone with mobility problems, then you'll need to speak to someone at the hotel to arrange an apartment in Block A, as this has the least amount of steps. Also, the Kiddie disco is on at 8:30, which makes it difficult to get out before it, and is then really late to go eat afterwards. An hour earlier and we'd have been there every night, as it was, I think we went maybe 5 times over 2 weeks.

Review 66：The charge for the room safe. Whilst only €12 for four nights, it is still an expense that could be avoided if the hotel provided the facility free to guests. After all, it is not an 'ongoing cost' for the hotel as safes rarely break!

Review 70：The beds in the apartments were absolutely awful. Spent a week waking up with a bad back because the mattresses were hard and it almost felt as though we were sleeping on planks of wood. The only way I managed to get a good kip was to hire a sun lounger on the beach. The hotel attracted a lot of families with young children and teenage drunks. This created a lot of noise therefore we weren't able to relax by the pool. loud head banging music and screaming children. My partner and I shared the apartment with my 67 year old mum. The sofa provided was very uncomfortable. Had we known then we would have looked into getting a bigger apartment with two bedrooms. Our apartment was in the D block on the third floor making it very difficult for my mum to climb the stairs as there was no elevator. The bottom of the stairs was a trip hazard with towels and bed sheets left by the cleaners. This was observed everyday.

Review 71：The apartments were great for us because it meant that we had the private use of the kitchen and the lounge area to relax after spending the day by the beach or site seeing. The view of the pool from the balcony was definitely a plus point as opposed to being in a block over looking other buildings in the same complex. The cleaners made up beds on a daily basis which was a nice touch and they even provided fresh towels.

Review 78：The room M2 was very damp, within a couple of days we had caught colds (3 of us) even though weather was lovely. A smell of strong damp which also went into all our clothes. It costs 3 euros 40 for their cheapest pint so chances are you are going to leave the hotel a d go up the road and get same pint for 1 euro 50. I am only pointing this out to all those who are going there planning to have fun, nobody tends to drink around the pool based on the expense. Entertainment was very low quality. Acrobatics', hoola hoop throwing. I am not trying to be hard on this hotel as it is clean and staff ok. But could be just a poor experience with damp room for a fortnight, sheets only changed once, very itchy due to laminate flooring. A lot of trees and plants around so mosquitoes are not far away but the apartments did already have a tin of fly spray in them. This could be just a bad experience on this occasion but this one occasion will make us go somewhere else.

Review 79：We have been in this apartment hotel before. It was clean, basic two hob cooker top, microwave, toaster etc. We mostly eat out but ideal for snacks.

My knees and hips are not keen to walk stairs and we got our apartment on the top floor and had to carry our suitcases up and down all the stairs. Horrible!

Review 95：The only thing that may cause a problem for others, is the aparthotel has no lifts, our apartment was on the top floor, so meant 6 short but steep flights of steps, every time we went in or out of apartment. Which is no fun carrying luggage etc.

They been sending people to the other hotel every day saying that the lock is not working. Internet was charged extra but the voucher was only for one device. Review 99：Food wasn't good, we went half board for a 3night stay and only ate there on the 1st evening and ate out the other 2 as it was poor quality, tasteless & not much choice. The breakfast wasn't great either, very little choice of fresh fruit and decent nutritious foods if you don't want an English cooked breakfast! The apartment was small, and the kitchen tiny! when we arrived the bin hadn't been emptied was full of KFC cartons. there was no washing up facilities as we had to buy a big washing liquid for only 3 days! Some of the staff were grumpy and not much of a welcome on arrival.

Review 104：I booked a 3 bedroom apartment in January'14 on the ground floor for my family with my elderly mother who uses a walking frame. However, when we got there in August'14 we were allocated 2 one bedroom apartments next to each other which not only split the family up but my mother had to climb 3 sets of stairs with us beside her for support and we had to carry her walking frame up to the apartment (they really didn't respect my mothers dignity to be independent). My husband and I had to sleep in the lounge area so that my mother could have the bedroom and my teenage children had to sleep in the apartment next door,this was very inconvenient on a family holiday as the party was divided up and the hotel did not adhere to my requests on behalf of my mother whilst booking nor did they give me the 3 bedroom apartment that I booked and paid for. I am not a complainer but I hope booking.com after reading this review will investigate the matter and give me compensation.

Review 105：Rooms were clean, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Towels, bedding and cleaning regularly. Entertainment every night would be great for families with young children. Pool area really nice with plenty of sunbeds.

Review 113：The worst thing was the stairs(no lift),we were on the 3rd floor with luggage and 2 kids and it was very tirering! The restaurant was undergroung and food wasn't good for dinner. We were on half board,but as it is an appartment with kitchenet and there is lots of restaurant nearby most people dont eat at the hotel restaurant. For breakfast its ok. I surely recomand this hotel but avoid too high appartment because of the stairs.
