Review 9：They said they had wifi in every room, but the signal did not reach tomy room. This was very inconvenient as it meant I needed to sit in thelobby every time I wanted to be online.There was no air conditioning in my room. When I was on my way to the hotel from the airport I was struggling to navigate the bus options and called the hotel for help. They were very unhelpful. I asked them if the had a taxi number they could give me so I could call a taxi to collect me and they said they did not have any numbers - this is ridiculous, of they would have been able to give me some numbers. If they were really offering good service they would have offered to call a taxi to come get me - given my lack of French, this would have been enormously helpful.
