Reviews for Cerise Lannion

Review 1:Steps to upstairs were hard.

Review 2:Great Value. Great for families. Rooms were very spacious. We only stayed a night as a stop over but would be happy to stay longer.

Review 3:poor equipments (like furnitures, dishes, media equipments etc.). There is required to refresh the room in order to raise the standard

Review 4:friendly and helpful hotel staff

Review 5:Thick black mildew on bathroom sink and bath, and kitchen sink joints. Dirt on baseboards. Dirty carpeting. Apparently only 2 room cleaners for the entire hotel. Hotel excuse: high season, rooms occupied (guests go out during the day); looks like even a pre-season clean was not done. Its our fourth long weekend booking with you this summer in France...but this hotel needs checking before you list it. A disgrace!!

Review 6:Location near to town centre and easy access to nearby countryside.

Review 7:The bathroom was a wet room. Perhaps they could supply a rubber squeegee to dry the floor after a shower. The floor stayed wet & became quite dangerous to walk on.

Review 8:Location, within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Quiet at night.

Review 9:The hotel is functional and a bit bland - this isn't a bad thing as such, but if you're looking for quirks or character, this isn't the place to be!

Review 10:It was very quiet and Lannion, although not especially remarkable, is a pleasant and useful base for this part of Brittany.

Review 11:Kitchen - no kettle so had to use minute cups to boil water for tea - eventually bought some mugs. Bathroom, shower curtain - ugh! Fan didn't work, so wallpaper peeling off wall. Bedroom, only bedside cabinet and light on one side. Bed very hard - had read previous reviews so brought our own pillows and duvet to soften it up - worked a treat.

Review 12:Close to all facilities i.e. station, river walk 5 minutes to town centre, but quiet.

Review 13:Self catering appears to be oriented mainly to French travellers. I cannot make a cup of tea in the tiny coffee cups the French use and which are all that are provided.

Review 14:Once again, easy to find and with central access to Tourist Bureau. Post office, Interesting walks around Lannion...I like the fact of lift up to rooms - have a large and heavy suitcase I don't even get out of the car when staying at older style hotels.

Review 15:Difficult internal stairway in the apartment. Poor landing layout, need to open one bedroom door to access the other. Beds ok but bedrooms could be better equipped

Review 16:The location is good. Breakfast is good value. Nice balcony with table and chairs

Review 17:I had a single bed and I am just not used to that. It was fine though.

Review 18:It was very clean and the staff very helpful. It was 200 steps from the gare. Good for me as I was traveling by train. They had the option of ordering meals in for less than 5 Euros but I did not try it. There is a laundromat 2 doors away with a very helpful proprietor.

Review 19:The breakfast could have been better. No boiled eggs or omelettes. But you can buy everything from the nearby market and have breakfast in your room.

Review 20:We stayed at an apartment with two rooms. They were both very comfortable and clean and had separate bathrooms. The sitting area and the kitchen were also very clean. The heating worked perfect. We had no problems with the wifi. The location was great.

Review 21:Breakfast start from 7:00, one day during my stay, the restaruant still closed around 7:50. Frontdesk not available all the time. Bathroom is not good. Room clean only one time per week. No hair-dryer. Need to prepare shampoo and soap by myself for long stay.

Review 22:Internet is better than IBIS nearby. Location is good. Frontdesk is friendly.

Review 23:The twin studio room was small for two beds and the mattresses could be more comfortable. There was no coffee pot or cafetiere only a large saucepan for making coffee.

Review 24:Excellent location, an easy walk into the town and helpful staff. Safe parking in the garage below the hotel. Having a fridge, microwave and small hob was useful.

Review 25:external noise level on the pedestrian street. cooking facilities very poor.

Review 26:good location ease of access underground parking excellent bakery at the corner close to a supermarket

Review 27:Everything, good hotel for holiday. Nice rooms, huge balcony (3 floor rooms). Large public parking (cheap) 50 meters from the hotel. Close to Perros-Guirec stone field. Instructions for late arrival received early and in good order.

Review 28:Not much to complain about as it was a reasonable option for the price.

Review 29:Free Wi-Fi, the location is excellent and the underground parking well worth paying for.

Review 30:Excellent location and value for money. Has everything you need and nothing you don't. Would use again every time.

Review 39:The location

Review 40:Noise, temperature in bedroom

Review 41:Space

Review 44:place a little tired bath room and kitchen well beaten about

Review 45:great position well appointed

Review 46:Every thing was perfect nice town and nice place to stay

Review 47:no side tables in one room

Review 48:apartment on two floors

Review 49:GPS couldn't find the hotel. Bed was squeaky.

Review 50:Spacious with kitchen, big bed, little table, desk, plugs, and fairly big bathroom. The receptionist at the hotel was sweet and sent us an email giving us instructions to do a "self check-in" in case we arrived after 8pm (so check your email).

Review 51:The "extension" to the sofa bed took up much of the sitting area so I took it down - which left a single bed - and that was extremely narrow. The paperwork on what time reception closed was ambiguous - one said 19.00 another 20.00

Review 52:Very helpful & friendly staff. Decent, but basic amenities, could have done with a cheap kettle as only 2 electric rings - also a toaster would have been nice

Review 53:No parking available on site - must park in the street. Check-in on Sunday is very difficult as the promised details were not sent to any guests and the staff were unavailable. After our check-in delays, we saw one family wait an hour, trying to call the phone number provided and being told 'all guests are sent a code', but he had no message with code, we had no message with code, others also had no message with codes... Maybe it was an unusual day, but many arriving guests were unhappy.

Review 54:Loved the location. Good cooking facilities too, for a small studio apartment.

Review 55:- never cleaned in 1 week - fee for parking - hostel feeling - cold reception - very pricy - tiny kitchen

Review 56:- proximity to city centre - parking availability - spacious - free wi-fi - weather

Review 57:Car park (underground) had three elevators - needed to know the rightone to take - not indicated well. Signage rather poor. Very frustratingwhen carrying baggage.

Review 58:Central location

Review 59:The bed was very uncomfortable and the curtain was not wide enough to block out the streetlight from streaming straight im

Review 60:Very central position very close to railway station. A couple of things didn't work and were fixed straight away. Reasonably well set up. A jug would ne better than a coffee pot.

Review 61:Central location, good sized room, lift

Review 62:no hair dryer or safe in room

Review 63:close to station

Review 64:Once a week cleaning was scheduled.shud hav been more frequent.

Review 65:It had a kitchen option which i liked the most.

Review 66:The kitchen in the apartment was a hob, fridge and a microwave

Review 67:Nice place to visitl

Review 68:Central location and a inroom kitchen.
