Review 1：staff only present on site at specific times : if problem to solve, makes it hard to have a quick answer you need a car to go to town

Review 2：Clean room, quiet hotel, nice staff

Review 3：The Internet on WiFi didn't offer very stable connection. However, it wasn't a big deal to us as on vacation. Hotel doesn't situate in the village rather in commercial area, so you need a car. It was probably a reason why we've got a last room in a high season.

Review 4：It was only 5 min drive to Perros-Guirec. Nice bakery just around the corner serves coffe etc. Swimming pool was really good to use first thing in the morning. Bath is newly renovated and all in all very clean.

Review 5：we were expecting the hotel to be nearer Lannion centre, but it wasn`t really a problem. Location a bit hard to find off the web description. Lounge & bar were closed after 8p.m. On arrival, hotel was not open until 3p.m.

Review 6：very nice comfortable hotel, manager helpful & pleasant. Swimming pool next to lounge. Location good for exploring the granite rose coast. Restaurant next door, which was handy as the hotel is a few miles from town

Review 8：The club rooms are spacious the beds large and comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent loved the shower

Review 9：Location - felt like wrong side of town. Not very good parking. Room stank of smoke despite being a non smoking room and no staff around to ask to change to another room. Restaurant next door was closing even though we arrived before closure time given in room brochure, staff very brusque.

Review 15：Terrible smell in the room. You could only stay in the room with open window, because after closing the smell returned immediately. Carpet with many stains. Room seemed used up. Water in the shower did not drain well so that the bathroomfloor was all wet. All in all no great experience, so we would not recommend this place. We totally can't comprehend the very good average rating of ~8,6.
