A very beautiful, clean & well maintained hotel. It's value for money was fantastic & I will be returning if not for on tour again but just to stay there. Review 13：I booked room for 2 adults with child ( 3 years ) but i didnt mentioned my little daughter (3 month), when i arrived they told me that my room will be not comfortable for 2 adults with 2 childs,so they upgrade my booking to suite without any extra charges just to feel comfort during my vacation

Review 14：I believe i did not get the room size that i originaly booked. Small congested rooms. I was tolled by hotel that this is the only thing available and its the room i booked?? And they are fully booked. Sorry!! Yep, and i was booked as well. I wish hotels will grant you the actual rooms stated in your booking, same size. I personally measured the rooms. Anyhow, thanks for trying to keep me happy.

Review 21：The smell in the room was like coming in to a place when somebody has smoked for several years. Tried the dinner one night. Don´t waste your money on it. Parking indoor; 80 EUR/night. Others charge 10. You can have higher standard for less money in other hotels. This is a guesthouse with a hotel sign.

I had a problem with my car, my rental company told me it was my responsibility, the hotel manager organised a solution with a local garage, with no disadvantage to our touring plans.

And I saw that in the other guests eyes as well. The management and the staff work together. And that's the key in Hotel Sonnblick. I was not looking the perfect hotel. I was just trying to spend some ski time near Kaprun. But this hotel made me feel awesome. Thank you Michaela & your lovely staff. You are a seven stars in my eyes. Review 94：The place was a huge disappointment for us. We booked a "comfort doubleroom" and were expecting a bit of better features in the room.Unfortunately, it was the opposite. The Balcony, which I suspect itsrigidity as it was cracking while stepping on it, was lacking all typesof privacy. From one side, we had the stairs walkers peeking at usthrough a semi-transpearant curtain. On front of us, we had anotherbalcony in which its people kept looking at us all the time. Iapproached the hotel management and requested a room change or upgradeand the answer was "we are fully booked, and we cant help you". Idecided to make another non-refundable reservation in another hotel inanother city and to check out from this subject hotel next day morningtime. During the night (after mid-night), a barbaric noise kept comingfrom the pool where bunch of arab people showed no respect to theneighbors. Moreover, during the check out in the morning, and after Ihave already made another reservation in another hotel, the managementasked me about the reason of my sudden check-out. Moreover, theysuggested a room change if I dont like my current room!!. I preferred toloose more than 900 Euros rather staying in such hotel which absoletlypartially ruined my honeymoon mood and disturbed my happiness. Moreover,luckily I had my own showed gel which I used for the shower and toiletpurposes as the soap placed in the shower area and in the wash basinwere empty (possibly for the sake of decoration)!.

Review 101：the hotel is terribly overpriced and in no way responds to 4 stars quality!!! the price we paid was higher then most of normal 5 stars hotels and doubled maximum what it was worth of! it is old fashioned, does not have basic elements of 4 stars hotels, can be qualified as 3 stars maximum!!! it needs urgent renovation and improvement of its quality - otherwise be aware that you pay twice it is worth of. we had an impression that because of the popularity of the resort the owners just do not care about quality and just want to take maximum of money from the visitors.
