Review 1：Room was a little dated and the bed was ok, but not the most comfortable mattress.

Review 2：Great location, only a couple mins walk from a fantastic beach (Playa La Arena). Staff always greeted us in a friendly matter. Bar is open late, so you can get a drink there if you a feeling lazy. My partner was very sick with food poisoning and the staff had no problem to help us reschedule a tour we had booked and let us take some food up to our room.

Review 3：The whole family has got problem with stomach because of bad food in Los Dragos restaurang. It was either old or dirty! I have got poisoned with this food. Cleaning of room was bad. On the lounge near swimming pool there were a lot of flies and was smelling bad because of all ventilation systems coming out on same floor. It was too little kitchen stuff and ventilation in kitchen was broken.

Review 4：The place is perfect, near to all the shops! Swimming pool was very clean, there was a rutine to check and clean it every day! The gym was also very good !

Review 5：There was only seating on balcony for 2 persons. The kitchen area was adequate only for snacks and a light breakfast. Weather was great but even in the heat the pool was too cold. It was only being used by kids. No adult lasted more than a few minutes.

Review 6：Great sea view from balcony. We booked a 2 bedroom apt but were pleased to be allocated a 3 bedroom. Excellent New Year gala dinner. Extra cost but great value. Resort is quieter than the bigger resorts to the SE but has some good restaurants.

Review 7：The furniture is very old fashioned, damaged and worn. The cleaning is poor, there's lot of dust in the corners and under the bed. There was a horrible smell in the corridor. The pool was too little there was no space for everybody, just only a few hammocks and beach chairs.

Review 8：The location is excellent, close to the Giants and there were plenty of bars and restaurants just in front of the hotel. Despite the low quality of the facilities, I was impressed with the breakfast, it was good and with variety of fruits, cereals, etc. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Review 9：Requested two apartments together, ended up on two different floors. Cockroaches, ants, but would not move us. Food, drink stolen the day before we left. Corridors noisy at night. Catering facilities very poor, old rusty and not working properly. Second bedroom was a small single, not a double, had a door but was open above it.

Review 11：The rooms are in need of refurbishment, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, the price has risen considerably lately when it was cheaper it was easy to overlook these failings but now it is dearer than other places that are more modern, flat screen tv etc, also kettle in kitchen old and tatty and whilst being provided with toaster and coffee fiter machine as well as the kettle there was only one mains socket for all three things situated on the wall not near to any of them!

Review 19：A little bit dirty floor, possibly, because of the tiles type. Relatively noisy but enough for me to sleep OK, it is hard to recommend which part of the hotel is less noisy you can ask reception for advice possibly.

Review 20：This is a very good hotel which I would recommend to my friends easily! we travel a lot and have some experience, so our assessment of value vs quality. Spacious rooms and terrace, excellent personnel, very nice location in case you like non-touristic beautiful surrounding and black-sand beach (this is my second Tenerife visit). No problems with old furniture or rare cleaning I read here I faced in practice, maybe those were outdated. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is only 6, 7 and 8 Euros and you take it when you like it and skip it if you do not want this or that time.

Review 21：The soap finished after a couple of days and a new one wasn't brought at all.

Review 22：The location is the best argument, and if you have a room with a sea view and sufficiently high, then everything is muy bueno. The pool is not so big and there is no sunshine after lunch, so it doesn't bring forth to use it all day long.

Review 23：Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Sheets did not fit so creased up. Bed not made properly. Room we booked was not available on first day so we were put in a terrible room for one night and then had to move. Pool area not inviting so we didn't ever use it. Hotel situated an hour's bus ride from decent beach.

Review 36：It's extremely hard for me to find any cons. Everything was perfect! Wonderful balcony view, walking distance to Los Gigantes (which is marvellous). Our apartment was probably fully renovated and arranged in a modern, nice way. The gym is equipped fair enough to do your workout, pool is good too. Literally, worth to choose this hotel!

Review 37：Above excellent staff. Friendly and always willing to help with any problem you might face during your stay. The newly renovated and fresh restyled appartments are constantly kept impeccably clean. Good mattresses, free wifi, flatscreen tv, spotless sanitary facilities, perfect working airconditioning.. And for us the most important thing.. an absolute stunning view from the large sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, but believe me, you don’t want to miss their good quality buffet choices at breakfast, lunch and diner. A wide variety of delicious foods! We had such a wonderful time again and can’t wait to come back. Our sincere thanks and compliments!

Review 38：The three bedroom apartment had only one actual bedroom with window and furniture, the other two sleeping areas were more like alcoves with no actual walls and really poor air circulation. Apart of that, though, the apartment was great value for money and accommodated 6 grown-ups and 3 kids/babies just fine...

Review 40：2nd bedroom of apartment was a joke. I wouldnt even go as far as to call it a bedroom, but rather, a room with a bed. Not only is that room super tiny, but there is no air that gets back there, so it is impossible to sleep there during the summer. I also didnt like not having Wifi in the rooms. The Internet in the lobby was mediocre at best.

Review 41：Great food for each of the meals, excellent value for your money. I have 2 young adult male & 2 female adults in my group. The buffet style meals were perfect for us because the men got to fill up at all the meals & us the ladies didnt wind up with more food than we could eat. The location was WONDERFUL! If you want to get away from some of the major tourist areas, this is a great place to stay.

Review 54：We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for two couples. The first bedroom was excellent spacious, patio door to balcony, wardrobes, dressing table. Just like shown on web site. However, the second bedroom could best be described as a 'cell'. It had a double bed and two small bedside cabinets. No wardrobe, cupboards or anywhere to put your clothes. There was about a 2 foot space around the bed. Barely enough space to get around the bed. The room was like an alcove at the end of the apartment, with a partition wall separating it from the main room. The partition didn't go to all the way the ceiling, there was a 3 feet gap at the top. Also, as there were no windows in the room, the partition was half glazed with frosted glass across the full width. No space, no natural light, no privacy. When we complained, it appears that all the two bedroom apts are like this. (These bedrooms are NOT shown on the web site, which I think is a bit of a con!) At first, the receptionist wasn't very helpful. He suggested that as we booked via an agent (Booking.com), we should take it up with them. However, after asking to speak to the manager, they agreed to give us two 1 bedroom apts - One for each couple. This incurred an extra charge of 27 Euro per night. Apart from the fact that we all wanted to stay together in the same apt, this was the only solution. Both the 1 bedroom apts. were very good. On checking out we were not happy to be charged an extra 228 euros for our stay, but after again asking to see the manager, they reduced the charge to 114 Euros. A couple of other minor complaints - poorly equipped kitchen. Two hot plates, a microwave, fridge and sink. Very sparse on cooking utensils, crockery etc. Having said all this, I would recommend this Apart/Hotel and stay again, but only in the 1 bedroom apt. I would advise you to steer clear of the 2 bedroom apt.

Review 55：Pool area/sun deck very good with bar near pool. Good sea view from balcony and very sunny most of day. Great location in resort. A good base for visiting the area. Good value. Friendly staff.

Review 70：There is no wifi accessible in the apartment. You can only use a wifi connection (at a rather slow speed) in the reception hall. It is not very convenient... As for the kitchen, from my point of view, it is not equipped to stay long in the apartment.

Review 91：No Wifi in the rooms and a lousy Wifi-connection in the reception. Nobody cared much of the kitchen inventories. Impossible to fry in the pan since it was worn out. It took me two days and three reminders to get a new one. The supplies also differed from room to room. Don't bother mailing this hotel, they wont answer. I mailed four times in two weeks asking for airport transfer as they claim to have on their web page. Finally we had to phone them.

Review 104：we did eat in resturant once for breakfast very poor selection. evening meals were ok but there was no change in menu every night fish .pork chicken. is ok but you would think there would be a change. if you wanter to use bar after 11 oclock it was shut. you think it would open later for residantes staying there. no entertainment. and not enough for children to do . and the worst thing is they were building around us all apt were being altered. i am asking for a refund for the inconvineance. they need life guard on sunday as well it was a night mare children diving and jumping in pool balls rubber toys it was night mare. we stayed in room on floor of pool they need to put matt. on floor coming from pool area where peopel have just walked with wet from pool. they need to make trips cheaper there were a few cockroaches in my two daughters rooms.

It is a great base and we always go for a sea view The clientele is families and older couples so this is little in the way of entertainment or ambience that keeps us in ...although Carlo at the pool bar made a late afternoon sunbathe almost obligatory ! He was really helpful and patient with our determined efforts to speak Spanish This resort in general has very helpful Spanish people ...but we love all of tenerife and love to travel about
