Review 1：No big hotel is nice when it is almost empty. Nevertheless the Bar should have sufficient staff to serve people, one person is not enough. When you want to use the fitness room while it is raining, there is no other way you have to go through the rain.

Review 2：The reception was very nice and helpful. The restaurant recommendation was excellent.

Review 3：Our hotel bathroom was adequate but could have done with an upgrade. As the hotel got busier, they could have done with more lifts and more sun umbrellas at the pool. They charged for use of a safety deposit box in the room. The free wi-fi was a bit hit or miss at times.

Review 4：The beach at Cala Marsal is great. Clear waters and white sand. Our hotel room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We had a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The maids cleaned our room well every day. The food was tasty if a little repetitive. It was good to have free wi-fi in the public areas.

Review 5：Rules and restrictions. Lack of customer service. No welcome whatsoever. Grumpy breakfast staff snapping. Sat surrounded by uncleared tables at breakfast.

Review 12：Hotel Cala Marsal is a gem, beautifully situated in a small attractive cove offering both pool and beach to families. The hotel is cool and smart with a generous buffet and attentive, friendly staff. The location is great with lovely scenery, some small shops and Porto Colom and boating fun within easy walking distance.

Review 20：the hotel is no way a four star there was a definite lack of staff although the staff there were helpful but to busy. meal times were like a feeding frenzy at the zoo only half the buffet was open which was constantly filled but the ratio of guest required it all to be open. I would actually say the hotel would only just make a three star rating. the location did however make up for allot of disapointment
