Vigilia Park is set in Tenerife’s Puerto Santiago, and features a gym, jacuzzi and heated outdoor pools. The rooftop pool and bar offer wonderful views of the Los Gigantes Cliffs.
This apartment complex is set on a hill, around 2,000 feet from the sea. There are regular bus services to the center of Los Gigantes.
Each Vigilia apartment has a private balcony, satellite TV and a fan. Apartments also include a kitchenette where guests can prepare light meals. A grocery store can be found in the shopping center next door.
The Vigilia Park complex includes a mini golf course and a play area for children. There is also a lounge and game room, with a pool table and dart board.

Review 1：We had such a brilliant time at Vigilia Park! It was our first time in Tenerife and a surprise for our friend's birthday, and the place was just awesome. A warm welcome, an amazing view on the ocean and Los Gigantes, such great moments relaxing in the swimming pool and jacuzzi in the sun with that fantastic landscape. Thank you for this moment!

Review 2：The first apartment was very noisy and we had to move to another part of the hotel

Review 4：Wifi was expensive and not great at all, but then you're on holiday! Why would you need wifi? Haha. The mattresses could do with an upgrade woke up with a bad back most mornings, but still comfy enough to sleep on them.

Review 10：Beautiful view on the see from the appartment, cleaning every day, activities are free (sauna, jacuzzi, mini-golf, ping pong, gym), nice swimming pools, Lidl 5 min away. The appartment is quite old but for the price you get more than what you pay for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would go there again!

Exactly as it looks in the pictures. -extremely clean. -the reception staff is helpful and are there 24 hours which is hard to come by. -there is a shop right out the door where you can book excursions and many other things. -wifi is 5€ for 24 hours. (Not good or bad, just something people may want to know).

Review 56：Everyday cleaning, towels changed every two days, all facilities for self-catering - excellent! Great pools, extremely helpful and nice personnel. We ate breakfast just once in the restaurant, but it was absolutely great: both adults and our small kid enjoyed it.

One thing to note- we wanted a light snack at about 5.00pm and although the hotel literature stated that the roof poolside bar offered snacks until 6.00 pm we were told that no snacks after 5.00pm. We were told to go the poolside bar on the ground floor but they too could not offer us anything.

Review 66：we booked a 2 bed room with partial sea view and it was an excellent sea view from the double bed room on the lower floor, but the curtains could not be drawn open at all. So not so good in many ways. There were two " bath" rooms.

Review 67：we originally a one bedroom apartment but were 'upgraded' to a two bedroom.The location of the room was sandwiched between the road with bars and restaurants at one side and on the other shops and small restaurants. It was so noisy you could not sleep. The apartments opposite were so close you good shake hands with the occupants from the balcony. The balcony was very small with room enough to sit and have coffee, The TV did have English channels if you like watching the news and BBC world. We asked for our original room that we booked only to be told that the hotel was fully booked. We paid in cash as we were staying only one night (too check out if we would book for longer in the summer) and asked for a refund so that we could leave and book elsewhere. Staff informed us that we would need to ask Booking.com for a refund as they paid the money to them. We stayed the night and left early next morning. Needless to say we will not be back at the Vigilia Park and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 73：Dirty sofa and chair. No sponge in the kitchen. Very noisy during evening and night. AC would be welcomed. Bet somebody in the neighbor room smokes and it goes to you. Because of the 2 last reasons, it is not very good for kids.

Review 81：There were intensive cockroach attacks during some nights. My wifekilled a giant 5 cm cockroach and we killed many smaller ones. This canbe very unpleasant especially for visitors with small children. Thestaff was responding very well to our complaints about this and cleaningand using chemicals, but I guess this is not sufficient.There was noise and music coming every night from the hotel restaurant and this was continuing until 11 PM sometimes. While our small child was not very distrurbed in our main sleeping room, the other sleeping room was much noisier and would not be possible to sleep even by adults. I think this is not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. There were limited channels om the TV - mostly free Spanish, German, Russian, some Italian. No CNN, No BBC, No Discovery, National Geographic... The boiler for shower was rather small (probably 40-60 liters) and could barely take one person shower. The second person has to wait until the water gets warm again. I am quite surprised, because boilers of bigger dimensions are cheap and should be easy to install. The hotel does not provide free Internet. They provide paid Internet, but I think Internet prices are not that expensive and in fact it was available for free in many coffe/restaurants. So there is no reason for the hotel not to offer free Internet. This should be included in the price.

Review 82：The hotel makes effort to be a good place. The staff is friendly. Thelocation is good. There is a big "Transit" supermarket just 20meters on the small street below the hotel in direction of the sea. Ourroom was big (actually an apartment with 2 sleeping rooms and couldsleep probably at least 5 adults) and had a very nice sea view and viewof the Gigantes rocks. It had all the kitchen necessities and wascleaned daily.I would go back in this hotel.

Review 83：Only ants. Very small and in large quantities. But we made with them non-aggression pact, and they do not bother us =)) They have their own "pathof life", it goes around the room and ends in the bin, so it is betterto close the bucket, and products to hide in a refrigerator. None ofthem with us in Moscow has not arrived. Apparently, they crawled out ofour suitcases are on the way to Moscow, once felt colder))

Review 84：Wonderful hotel. Excellent service. Lovely friendly staff. Staffanswered all questions, and helped in all emerging problems. The roomswere cleaned quickly and efficiently. The hotel has a fitness room, itmeets the needs of the tourist. The hotel has a large comfortable pool,also has a pool on the roof, but it is smaller and there is usually alot of people, we preferred the beaches =) By the way, on a small beachin Puerto Santiago rocky bottom. Arena beach is good, but still centerof the town, a lot of people. We liked the beach in Los Gigantes - LosGios - a great entrance, a few people, picturesque rocks under the noseand free toilet ... clean) The hotel is located in the commercialcenter, in the same building a large supermarket, which was a niceaddition to our rest, because we took the apartment with the kitchen andprepared themselves. In room has safe box, hair dryer, television, allthe necessary equipment - iron, toaster, fridge in the kitchen all thenecessary utensils - pots, pans, sets of dishes, Champagne bucket ;-)Overall, the rest of the left only pleasant experience. Choosing fromthe southern coast, the town is very nice, of this town - the hotel isextremely balanced in their perception))

Review 94：My main concern is that someone tried to break open my suitcase. Theydid not succeed but they did break my padlock, so had to buy a newone for €5. I did report this to the lady receptionist but I heardnothing more.I paid for a week's use of the Internet but I found the signal very weak and could only use it in or very close to the reception. The receptionist did offer to refund me, but decided that a weak signal was better than none.
