Review 1：Food was not hot enough and should be covered.Stairs also an issue for older guests, carrying food up and down stairs , hope this was not why the food was not hot

Review 4：The pool is wonderful and the bar staff - in particular JOHN - very good. Plenty of entertainment but probably needs to be updated. Possibly better to have less entertainment but of better quality.

Review 5：The elite pool area is unnecessary. People will pay more for a better room, not a different pool. This meant overcrowding at times at the other pool when the elite one was practically empty. The hotel has an amazing location and view but it doesn't make the most of it at all. The breakfast terrace (which had the view) could serve as a bar in the evening or even an option for outdoor dining. The location could be maximised if a little was spent raising the floor level (adding decking) to see over the ballustrade or changing the balustrade to glass. It was frustrating knowing the view was there but being unable to see it.

Review 7：No welcome drink. I thought that the bath linen was old and tired and needs replacement. The front desk and overall decor needs refreshing. Staff uniforms on the front desk should be up dated. The quality of entertainment varied ,

Review 27：The storage space in the rooms was sadly lacking with no chest ofdrawers or decent-sized wardrobe. The bedroom safe cost €17 to rent. Thebreakfast time started too late at 8am - it should have been 7am toallow people to go off on day trips.

Review 28：The Elite swimming pool area was very comfortable with snacks and coffeeprovided and a complimentary drink each day. Staff were very helpful andfriendly, speaking all major European languages and the food was varied.

Review 29：Quite a small room, it's hard to pass a bed to the window and bathroom. Audiobility is great - you can hear your neighbours taking shower and sometimes talking. You have to pay for all small stuff like a fridge (15 euros + deposit), almost broken tennis racket (6 euros each), towels (10e deposit per each).

Pool is nice (but much smaller than seemed from the picture :) ) and you can always find a free sunbed. The village is really quite, mountains, sea, plenty of boats and a romantic lighthouse nearby

Review 50：Room was not ready when we arrived at hotel we arrived after oneo'clock in the afternoon. Towels were provided for swimming pool butwere not changed daily. We had to keep the same towel until we checkedout. This I felt was very unhygienic.

Review 57：The rooms were very well presented, modern and comfortable. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. Breathtaking views of the harbour. Reception and bar/restaurant staff were very helpful, particularly Maria. Breakfast was very good.

Review 58：Very, very loud hotel. It is almost impossible to get some sleep sinceyou hear everything, from people speaking in other rooms or outside,flushing the toilet, opening and closing doors, etc. Also, the cleaningladies are very loud and yell at each other starting early in themorning. Once they start cleaning up other rooms and start movingfurnitures or vacuum cleaning the noise makes it impossible to enjoybeing in the room at all.The rooms are outdated and the pictures show a non-realistic image of the hotel. When we received a very old and outdated (small) room and showed the women at the reception that picture of the room we (thought) we booked she said ''this is a picture of the junior suite''. - Using the minibar (empty) comes at an extra charge of 20€ - Using the safe comes at an extra charge - Wifi is only available for one device - The SPA area is ALWAYS closed during high season - One outside pool is only for ''VIP guests'' - The area is a bit dead, many businesses have seem to gone into bankruptcy

Review 62：The wifi didn't work and it took them three days to solve theproblem. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything going on inthe other rooms. The gym was a joke - three old, rusty machines thatlooked like there were put there 20 years ago and never used since. Youhad to pay to use the pool table, or the computer at the lobby. We hadto have some documents printed, and the reception charged us for that.Unacceptable in a 4 star hotel.Furthermore, the food at the restaurant was very poorly described. You often had to guess what the contents of the dish were, and the cooks were nowhere to be found. The animator was one of the worst animators I've ever seen, throwing bad jokes and sexist comments right and left.

Review 63：The staff was very nice and spoke excellent English. The bartendersclearly knew their job. The location of the hotel was great, right nextto the marina and very close to the beach.
