Review 1：The breakfast in the cafe. Everything was an extra and the coffee was very expensive . The cafe was understaffed and the owner appeared to be cutting costs

Review 7：As a hotel employee, I don't usually like to leave reviews or comments since I know that in hospitality world sometimes can be tough to manage to satisfy all guests. However, in this case I need to. I would describe this hotel as an 1 star ,instead of 3 superior. Simply because. ..I was shocked when I've seen that during summer time vacation there's no fridge in the rooms (and we were denied to keep some of our things in the hotel's fridge).AC would be working only during certain hours a day. Bathroom super small.furniture almost missing and TV not working (asked to be fixed , but nobody did during our stay) .the hotel has to buildings and forget about the WiFi connection in the adjacent building. In conclusion I wouldn't recommend due to the all mentioned above and also because it is overpriced compared to what I would expect from a 3star hotel.

Review 10：Great location of hotel in a small but very pituresque harbour village. Plenty of eateries & bars to choose from around the harbourside. The hotel staff were brilliant & nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean, stylish and located only 50m from the harbour.

Review 13：The hotel is split into several buildings nearby. The Wifi did not work in the location I was. The hotel has a policy of shutting off the air conditioner units between 8p and 10p. According to the rude French recepcionist at check-in, most people go out for dinner at that time. To me, that was totally unacceptable as the temperature was way over 35 degrees C. The 2 beds were together but there was only one blanket. The bathroom shower has no doors, so there was water everywhere...They only showed pictures of the bar on the booking.com site...The rooms have nothing to write home about. A 20 euro deposit is required for the remote controls of the TV, cable and AC. One of the remotes had not battery and so we had to go back to the building where the reception is located...very inconvenient...and then the bad attitude of the French receptionist again....

Review 15：The breakfast is really simple,without option of whole breads or fruits.They don't have steps on the hotel,which for us was not a issue because we are a young couple and we travelled with small bags.

Review 17：Dirty sheets! Not adults only as a child was staying! Toilet would not flush! Air conditioning on a timer controlled by the hotel! Not adequate bed linen, when requested additional it was stained!

Review 18：No elevator, sheets and towels were old, stained, torn. Had them changed several times until we got clean ones. Adults only, but we found a couple of kids playing in the, not so clean, pool.

No more breakfast in the hotel, but in a different location; Restaurant ' Blend ': this is by far the worst what Mallorca has to offer, at pay extra for scrambled egg and coffee, 1 hour 10 minutes waiting for nasty looking blackened scrambled egg, cold and without cutlery, manager Varadero is also on the terrace sits there and watches it en stay sitting. Monday evening out of toilet paper Wednesday afternoon once completed, no towels in the room.. forget, iron springs from the mattress felt, after mopping everywhere hair ... Shame Varadero was ever really a 10!! Receptionist Marga is top! as far as it was possible she has tried anything. Más allá de la gloria de una ubicación ideal! No hay más desayuno en el hotel, pero en una ubicación diferente; Restaurante 'Mezcla': D fue con mucho el peor lo que Mallorca tiene para ofrecer, en la paga para revueltos y café, 1 hora 10 minutos esperando para Gallagher revuelto de huevo, frío y sin cubiertos, Gerente de Varadero es también en la terraza se sienta y lo relojes.Papel higiénico de lunes por la noche en la palabra una vez terminado la tarde del miércoles, no hay toallas en la habitación olvidan, hierro brota el colchón de fieltro, después de fregar todo pelo... pecado Varadero fue realmente un 10!!

Very loud thudding music,which seemed to be heard continuously by the pool every day -as a result you could definitely not appreciate the peacefulness of the otherwise lovely area,whilst sun_bathing !!! ,

Review 27：The staff where really helpful authentic and pragmatic, though some start up challenges with a trainee and some lost in translation scenarios, but all worked out well in the end. I was impressed with the cleaning, as i had mostly stayed in 5 star hotels on the island previous and the cleaning & helpful attitude of the staff surpassed what i experienced in a few of the 5 star. Good Beds Great Location away from the tourist crowds, little local portopetro but still close to great beaches, santanyi & call d´or I stayed there mid june, had good rates, and before the high season kicked off. On a general note - this area ( Santanyi / Portopedro ) primarily German dominated, locals speak German or Mallorcien, it can be a challenge with English or other languages, even in resturants which i found a bit frustrating at times. Its a bit twisted when you find yourself mumbling in broken german to get understood in shops & with locals... I have been in Mallorca for 2 months, i month North in Formentor / Pollenca / Deia / Soller - much more cosmopolitain, but Portopedro is uniquely gorgeose and the Nature Reserve & beaches are spectacular.

Needsbetter management, has more potential.
