Review 1：No security for backpacks which had been delivered prior to our arrival; no staff present, entrance door wide open. No toiletries in bathroom, no hair dryer as advertised; pillowcases did not look fresh; lightbulb missing; did not honour confirmed third room booking. No receipt offered for payment (cash).
Review 2：The lady @ reception was extremely helpful. She had little or no English but made a huge effort communicating with us despite our poor Spanish. A lovely young lady! Thank you!
Review 3：It was not close to anything. Also, the staff was almost non-existent. They left a note in the lobby area to call them. Unfortunately, we had no phone. We had to wait for another guest to arrive. There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

BALCONY - Nice to be able to open the doors at the window and step outside into the cool evening air. BEDDING - soft warm and comfy. BATHROOM - Amazing.
Review 9：No one works at the front desk, and you have to call for check in when you arrive. However, the wifi password is posted in the lobby so that you can get online to call if you don't have a working phone.
Review 10：The best thing about Casa De Vento was the character and beauty of our room. We had a sunroom and balcony overlooking the street. While the hotel is not in the center of town, it's just about a 10 minute walk from the Camino de Santiago and next to a small chapel. Friendly staff. Good wifi. Pleasantly surprised!
