Review 1：Shame that it doesn't provide double beds. Two dingle beds pushed together is a bit uncomfortable for a couple.

Review 2：This is a perfect place to stay. It's quiet spotless clean fresh towels every day. Food in the bar was lovely. Kids loved the entertainment.

Review 3：I didn't like the brown blankets'; kitchenware was very limited, the couch was one of the beds (Didn't find it very hygienic) ; reception staff not so friendly when I had printing problems. Printing too expensive.

Review 5：The indoor pool was never hot and the jacuzzi was colder. The air con and heating were switched of because the end of the season they said even though the hotel was full . The maids never cleaned the room only once . You have to hunt down clean towels The staff are not helpfull at all .

Review 11：It declares that the hotel can book a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I ordered this service, I sent a credit card number. we waited for a taxi at the airport there was no one from the hotel had not informed us of a taxi is not reserved for us.

Review 12：Great location right on the palma nova front and only 5 mins from magaluf.The room was quite comfortable considering there were 4 adults and a 18 month infant.The staff were very friendly and the place was spotless!!!.Great value,would book to stay again.

Review 17：The toilet in the disabled facility room was too low , no handrails in the shower. No disabled toilet in reception or bar area. For people in wheelchairs the doorways in the reception and pool area are too narrow for a wheelchair to get through.

Review 19：If you take the sea view room, you hear all the noises from disco ( at least near room 420). If you don't mind, sea view is very nice.

Review 22：Very clean , nice pool, all staff very welcoming and friendly. Short stroll to beach ,we stayed in apartment with balcony that had an amazing sea view practically overlooking the beach.Id stay here again for sure. We really enjoyed it here

Review 23：Shocking cleaning! The cleaning products they use smell terrible and disgusting, like the cheapest ones. Towels and bed sheets stank strong chlorine smell. Firstly cleaning wasnt every day, secondly it was so superficial! They never changed the bed sheets, only made the beds. Never cleaned the floor in rooms and balcony, we end up having tones of dust under the beds. Sometimes they forgot to change someone's towel or some towels were missing. Badly constructed shower - all the water comes on the floor immidiately. Very basic kitchen facilities, bad cheap pan - everything sticks to it, not sharp knives, basic cooker. Its ok for an omlette but you wont be able to cook a nice dinner there. Also we had ants in the cupboard. Another irritating thing is that their animation programm lasts utill midnight and they are singing and talking loud in microphone next to the pool. You wont be able to sleep before midnight - it is way too loud. I think kids must be in bed by 10-11pm. They say they give 30 min of free Wifi, but in fact its also only one login posibility. If you want to use 15 min in the morning and 15 min later, you wont be able to. And it is way too slow.

Review 24：Surprisingly it turned out to be very good located, just 3 minutes from the beach. Very pretty and taken care of territory with pool, flowers and trees. Neat rooms and balcony. Generally very responsive managers at the front desk. Possibility to use baggage room and a shower there with free towels.

Review 25：The air con sometimes switched off at night, and never felt cold enough. The entertainment was very noisy and was located outside till midnight so if you had a room facing the sea and you had young ones wanting to sleep It was quite difficult.

Review 40：I requested in my booking 2 sea view apartments on 3rd or 4th floors beside each other (we traveled with another couple) bearing in mind I had stayed in the complex twice before I was aware of the trees blocking the sea or pool view.On arrival we were given 2 apts. on the 2nd floor well away from each other which was no real problem but the other couple had a fantastic view of the sea but our view was almost blocked out by the trees very disappointing considering I did the booking. Otherwise it is a great place to stay if only you could get your preferred view which I paid for at an extra cost.

Review 41：Great location beside restaurants, pubs, bus stop directly outside hotel (seafront side) for buses to Palma and other resorts.Across the road from the lovely Son Matias beach. The hotel itself is clean apartment was spacious, towels/sheets changed 5 times a week everything in apartment needed for self catering.

Review 42：A venue right in the heart of things, but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. You do not need a car, but if you have one then it is situated so that access to plenty of beaches and small towns of Calvia is easy.

Review 48：The hotel is set in a great location, which is close to the quality beach. The entertainments team was first class and made our stay better. We went in late October so the resort was not packed but the weather still perfect.

Review 49：No Internet access in the rooms. During busy periods it can be noisy outside the hotel due to all-night revellers. Best to ask for a sea view room in this respect. Mattresses are rather hard so not the most comfortable beds.

Review 50：Good facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, small football pitch to kick a ball around on, kids club during the summer. Nice cafe with decently priced food. A couple of minutes walk to the lovely beaches, shopping facilities and restaurants.

Review 57：These apartments are excently located near the beach.We booked a sea view and it was lovely.The apartments are lovely and bright.We had an apartment for 4 ,but there was only 2 of us.The space was great ,but would be a bit tight for 4 adults.The apartments are very well maintained considering there is only one week left to end of season.Our apartments were as good as if it were thd start of sesson.

Also room was advertised as mountain view and sound proof both of which it was not. View of the street and could hear upstairs moving about loudly. Apart from that is was a great 4 day break

Review 68：Really nice spacious rooms and very clean. Normally stay at the Santa Lucia (sister hotel) but was all booked up, this hotel however was just as good and cheaper in price. Would definitely come back. Always sunbeds available and always clean and tidy.

For the money spent on the ''higher'' grade apartment we expected this to be included but no you needed to pay a premiem. Ants also in our room Apt - Was noisy, did not face the pool/sea area which stated it would. DO NOT pay for the two roomed Apts - the one room apt's were much nicer!

Review 126：The Schneider wall mounted TV has a low quality sound system. It sounds a bit muffled,even though the sound system is in good working order. This must be annoying for people with less than perfect hearing,which includes not just the elderly but youth with hearing damaged by loud discos. The choice of TV channels was too limited. Sky News begins to sound like a broken record after 15 minutes of news highlights. I'm sure many guests would pay extra for increased channels on a Pay TV system. That is a potential business opportunity. The TV remote has a button for switching language channels. There should be an instruction leaflet pointing out that button and showing the functions of the other buttons. In the kitchen, there was no rack to mount wet dishes nor a brush to scrub plates.

Review 127：Location is two minutes walk to Palmanova waterfront and beach,which by the way looks more attractive than the nearby Magaluf beach. The apartment is modern,spacious and well designed, with a large balcony. The private sunbathing garden is extremely large,allowing people to find semi private spaces. The bar and restaurant facility is large with a modern design. The front reception desk is open till very late and the desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Review 130：Nothing. Absolutely great hotel for the price. The sunbeds around the pool all had towels on though where people had reserved their spot but had obviously disappeared off for the day. But I don't sunbathe much anyway and I would have just moved the towels if I wanted to badly enough!

Review 131：It was a lovely hotel. It was central yet our room was so quiet. It was across the road from the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants of both Palmanova and Magaluf. It was nicely presented and we were all really impressed seeing as other hotels the same price (or even more) looked a lot worse. Even if I had paid more, I wouldn't have been disappointed.
