Review 2：Good boutique hotel standard room. Heating that works perfectly. Great bathroom with bathtub and good shower. Good double-glazing so despite central location, noise levels were low. Lovely balcony. Great location for seafront and restaurants/bars, but also walks along the shore. Nice breakfast ( gluten-free bread available at small supermarket nearbye so possible to have the continental breakfast which is not always possible in France). Very helpful staff- nothing too much trouble. Offered a tray for room with a kettle even although French hotel rooms to not normally have tea/coffee making facilities.

Review 8：The breakfast was fairly expensive at 9 euros for what it comprised. There was no iron or board in the bedroom and there was only one iron and board for the whole hotel which had to be carted up two flights of stairs! No lift.

Review 11：Great hotel in the heart of Bandol, clean, comfy, good value for money - staff couldn't be more helpful - will definitely recommend and use again. Only downside was very flaky wifi - code worked first try but wouldn't reconnect after leaving and returning to room - on holiday so not a big deal!

Review 13：Our return visit to Bandol was not disappointing thanks to the quality of Hotel de la Baie and its location, with very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. We had an enjoyable three nights!
Review 14：When out in the evening it was Difficult only having one front door key When one person needed to return to the hotel the other person could not let themselves into the front door of the hotel on their return as the front door key was in the chambre with the first person.

Review 33：when we arrived (about 8 pm) hotel front door was closed, so we couldn`t get in and the envelope with the key to our room was inside at the reception. but there was nobody at the reception and in the lobby because the receptionist works till 7 pm. fortunatelly one of the guests was leaving the hotel at that moment, she opened the door for us and helped us to find that envelope with the key. wi-fi didn`t work.

Review 35：The hotel does not have its own parking. It costs 10€/day in nearby beach park. In August it may be accessible without a long queue only early morning and evening. The bathroom was fine but the packaged bedroom furnishing cramped our room and lacked a functioning power point.
Review 36：The location is centre of town in a decent and popular all age beach resort, right opposite the promenade, convenient for the beach and restaurants. (A more stylish resort is 10 minutes by car).

Review 43：Hotel de La Baie has a perfect location in Bandol. The rooms are up to date and very clean,especially the bathrooms. Roger ,the owner/operator takes a great deal of pride in his hotel and it shows in the details as well as how hard he works to ensure that his guests are comfortable.He truly goes out of his way .For example ,to access the internet I would need to go to the lobby .He would very kindly bring me a coffee.(without being asked) While I did not take the breakfast it looked very good with fresh fruit from the market,bread,croissants and coffee. Overall this little hotel was a perfect place to stay and provided excellent value and was very friendly.You were always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome.

The staff are all very friendly. Niceviews on the sea side and close to the casino - though we did not visitit this time. Nice location at the quieter end of the main strip.

Review 49：Close to the seaside promenade. Had a very small balcony overlooking thebay. Double glazed glasses blocked all traffic sound. One can park carfor max 45 minutes very nearby to unload/load luggage. Otherwise an open-air public parking is available 2 minutes away (at a charge of course).After unloading our bags, we managed to find free parking about 10minutes away. It was worth the walk. In any case we wanted to walkaround Bandol which is a lovely place to visit..Clean and comfortableshower/bathtub. Staff spoke good English (a big plus).
