Review 1:No assistance with luggage to carry up the stairs ( hotel is in 2nd floor ) no elevator.
Review 2:Great place to stay for a night to discover the city. Offer special price for in house guest on menu in their restaurant, great value for money and tasty after a long day traveling
Review 3:No lift. No parking lot in town, the closest is a 10 min walk from the hotel (but it's free).
Review 4:Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Quiet (for Spanish standards). Excellent location in the centre of Olite, which is a lovely town. Excellent breakfast and dinner (the latter can be eaten with a 20% discount on the "menú" if you're staying at the hotel).
Review 5:There are two flights of stairs up to reception, which is in the restaurant. If you find stairs difficult, don't go there.
Review 6:The location, very central.
Review 7:wifi could be stronger
Review 8:The location was excellent. The room comfortable. Olite is a place worth visiting - beautiful medieval town with a castle and church. There are very few other tourists.
Review 9:The room was abit too cluttered with furniture taht was not really useable - nothing else negative though
Review 10:Service was outstanding - Food was of high quality and very reasonably priced - atmosphere was great. Whuke al staff were friendly and helpful - Anna in particular was the epitome of the perfect host both in the restaurant and behind the rception desk -
Review 11:The two flight of stairs one has to climb to get to the hotel - i had a big suitcase and really struggled . NO LIFT - there is a lift in the hotel to the private floors, but not to access the hotel from the entry/ground floor. No tea and coffee facilities in the room (all the other hotels did provide it apart from the luxury ones)
Review 12:Location was perfect Parking is outside the old city, only a five minute away and free The young lady at reception spoke excellent English and was helpful in providing tips and information Breakfast did not look as alluring as in the photo on the hotel's board, but was sufficient and cheap
Review 13:Did not have a lift. Need to be prepared to walk two hundred metres from nearest car parking outside town walls to hotel.
Review 14:Hotel had a good central Location. Food was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Olite town is a beautiful place and well worth a visit, particularly, to the castle.
Review 15:Very central, great restaurant ( with discount on menu for residents) excellent value great food and wine included. Lovely room.
Review 16:Its a great place to stay. Central, comfortable, homely. We were there for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Review 17:Nothing
Review 18:Good quality hotel in the centre of the old town. Good nights sleep.
Review 19:Difficult access through non traffic able street. Long, steep stairway to access room.
Review 20:Close to Pamplona
Review 21:Locate in center of nice little town, the palace nearby is worth to visit.
Review 22:The walk up the stairs with our bags was a bit of a hassle.
Review 23:Very nice rooms at a very good price. One of the best meals we had in Spain. Would definitely be back again if we are in the area.
Review 24:A bit more advice on where to find parking would be helpful.
Review 25:Great location in old town, if a tad tricky to find. Excellent restaurant. Served our purpose well and we would stay again.
Review 26:Lack of attention to detail - bathroom door opened with a sound that could have been used in a Hammer Horror film. No plug in wash basin.
Review 27:Central location in town.
Review 28:Restaurant at hotel was very well known for gourmet food. Starters from 24 euros, but it was closed for a holiday on our visit so cannot comment!
Review 29:Olite was a paradise. A walled city with tiny streets where only residents can take their cars. Magical castle. A true wonder.
Review 30:No on-site parking, but that is true of all hotels in the old town.
Review 31:Room of similar standard to other hotels in Olite, but much lower price, with an excellent restaurant as well.
Review 32:It was very difficult to find some place to eat out in the evening, before 9 p.m. as everyone was on siesta...:)
Review 33:It was a positive experience, rather a nice surprise. It is a lovely, old family-run hotel in the middle of the oldtown of Olite, near to the main square and the castel. Good value for money.
Review 34:Unfortunately, we read on booking.com that this hotel was a short 20 min. taxi ride to Pamplona. Actually it's a 76 euro taxi ride (33km+) 45 min!! Bring your car or rent one, it's well worth it.
Review 35:We enjoyed this hotel very much! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the small town is really very nice to explore and relax in. Heart of wine country & great wines here.
Review 36:Enormous bed took up most of the room. Difficult access with luggage, with stairs despite lift. Notice at door advised €50 although with start of July price was €60 room only.
Review 37:Great situation, despite narrow streets. Good decor and room. Enormous bed.
Review 38:We had some trouble getting hot waters for showers during late at night.
Review 39:We stumbled upon Olite and it ended up being one of our favourite partsof our trip. The hotel really helped with that as it was in the middleof town, easy parking nearby (and free) and a generally relaxed, warmand welcoming atmosphere.
Review 40:Difficult to find the place, due to one-way streets. Having to unload the car in a narrow one-way street, and then drive to a suitable place to park.
Review 41:The stairs one had to climb to check in and register.
Review 42:Location was excellent, as was hotel and also the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also had dinner which was first class at a reduced price for guests of the hotel
Review 43:Incredible value for money. The hotel was lovely with gorgeous furniture and lovely pieces of ornaments. The room was warm, stylish and comfortable. We didn't have a view but it didn't matter. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in the lovely restaurant, which was superb. Olitte was a quaint, historical town with great bars. Parking is always tricky in old towns but we found a spot, not far from the hotel, just outside the walls and it was free. It was a 5 minute walk.
Review 44:Parking closeby is difficult but is worth the effort
Review 45:High level of comfort. Historic location. Staff were excellent providing us with a dining table even though the restaurant was fully booked.
Review 46:The hotel has an old world charm, friendly staff and ideally situated in a romantic Medieval village, close to other tourist attractions light the Bardenas National park.
