Review 1：Absolutely no internet in the room

Review 2：Super friendly staff - cannot do too much for you. Funny, charming, proactive and really seem to care. Nice size modern room. Great shower. Modern safe with credit card control. Outside patio was lovely with fragrant flowers all around. Good breakfast - Be warned the eggs are raw and need boiling first! Wonderful walk along the canal up the hill to Mougin for great food - highly recommended

Review 5：Very basic breakfast - no fresh baguettes or croissants (why is that so hard in the morning?) so a very bad deal in regards to value for money(12€ pP). No ventilation in the bathroom - but a window in shoulder hight IN THE SHOWER - which you could only open and not tilt - which leads directly to the pathway outside were people are walking towards their rooms: AWKWARD! The terrace door could only be closed from the inside, so if you sat outside during the day it got hot in the room or you'll attract insects to your room if you try that in the evening. Tiny flat-screen TV that was mounted slightly askew. Ridiculous amounts of rules and warnings everywhere: One sticker in the room simply said "Do not disturb". 'Design' meant that all the furniture was made from plastic.

Review 6：Enough parking space for everyone. Nice garden. Clean rooms and if not friendly but polite staff. Ingenious air-condition system: The room module is above the door instead of near the bed, so you don't get a stiff neck and the outside module is well away from the rooms, next to the staircase so you don't hear them! Really a good idea. Good base for Cannes, Antibes and even Monaco and Nice.

Review 9：No easy way to walk into the town of Mougins. Need a vehicle for all movements and did not make the attempt to walk.

Review 10：The location, easy links to A8 and other main roads and close to two golf courses and an easy 20min drive down onto Cannes Croissette. Parking, WIFI and good breakfast (optional). Very helpful and friendly staff.
