Review 1：The rooms need a safe! And outside chairs/table for the balcony rooms.everything is great here for a two star hotel.

Review 2：Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable beds.they have put fridges in the rooms now which is helpful. The new swimming pool on the roof looks fabulous,they say it will be open in March so fingers crossed! Their main asset,Rachel,is leaving! So learn Spanish as this hotel is predominantly Spanish speaking!

Review 3：Breakfast poor with no choices. Shower doors broken. Noisy. No tea making facilities. No extra pillows just a bolster.

Review 5：The hotel has rooms on the outside with balconys, and some rooms on the inside with no view at all. Unfortunately I had the room with no view at all, and a brick wall and a compound for a view. I imagine the outside rooms cost much more. My room also had a smoking sign, which meant my last guest could have been a smoker, not nice as I cannot stand the smell of stale smoke. Booking .com should give customers the choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms if these still exist in a EU hotel, when booking.

Review 6：A very nice hotel which would be good for business stay rather than pleasure. Location is great, and very near to the beach and a few restaurants. The staff were frendly and helpful at all times. Loved the shower, very powerful and strong no problems with hot water. the rooms were cleaned everyday, thanks.

Review 13：We booked the hotel months previous and requested a balcony, and after waiting around in reception for well over an hour after the check in time we were given a room with NO balcony. When the room was originally requested surely an email back to me would have been easy enough to say 'no balcony room was available', so as to enable us to book elsewhere. All we got from them was a shrug of the shoulders. The money had already left our account, otherwise we would have walked away.

Review 23：A lot of aggravation from the couple next door whose main activity was bawling and shouting at each other. Not the hotel's fault but I did mention it to them. Also woken at 1.20 by the weirdest noises I have ever heard in an hotel. It consisted of loud banging and rumbling as if there was a construction site close by. Also odd heavy breathing and an animal-like growling. This was not a nightmare it was real. I almost rang the reception but did not want to cause a fuss. It also reminded me of the noises you get in a bowling alley. When I mentioned it next morning the manageress could not explain it she thought it may have been the guests. That did not satisy me. The worst feature however was the fact that there was a set of iron bars on the outside of the windows, like a prison. In the event of a fire you were trapped. Along the corridor however there was an emergency door but in the event of heavy smoke one might not have been able to reach it.

Review 37：I was in room 201 which has a bad sewage smell after the balcony door had been shut for a conciderable time during the day and at night time. They offered me the room on the floor but this was the same.

Review 57：Bed had seen better days, was uncomfortable and noisy every time I moved. The batteries were dead in aircon/heating remote control so was very cold at night (Dec). Probably could have told them but I'd had enough and decided to leave and go elsewhere after 2 nights out of 12 I'd paid for as couldn't sleep in the uncomfortable bed anyway even if the heating had worked.

Review 59：I really only needed a bed for the night and a breakfast the next morning to set me up for the day I had the option to book half board delighted I didn't , there was no selection, breakfast normally consists of cereal / fruit yoghurt none of this was to be seen or offered, a glass of orange juice a coffee and for toast a half of crusty toasted with butter & jam nothing else offered I had my son with me so he had to starve at breakfast time.. What a pity..:(

You cannot get a no-smoking room so expect to smell smoke everywhere. There is no parking available, you have to park in the street. The breakfast is so-so, but very chaotic, not worth the hassle, we went up the road on our second visit and had a peaceful breakfast in a cafe. The cleaners start very early in the morning and are not at all quiet.
