Review 1：No lift, no help with luggage, no parking nearby. Overpriced breakfast. Strange dirty bedcover with odd step up shower. Lock on door was schetchy.

Review 3：No elevator, our room was on the 2nd floor with a very narrow staircase. Rooms are basic and not very attractive. Breakfast is expensive.

Review 5：Nights are very quiet, but bring some earplugs if you want to sleep in, otherwise you could be woken up by other guests going up and down the stairs.

Review 6：Excellent value for money. The rooms are small, but that's to be expected for the price. They've been recently refurbished, and are very clean. The bed was comfy, and the hotel's location is excellent. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable place to sleep.

Review 20：The New windsor is a very simple but nice hostel. Chambers are small and quite and the matdress is very good ! I spent a very good nigth ! The bathroom are very clean and spacious ! It's a perfect place for a young couple without a lot of money looking for a nice place to slep !

Review 21：The room was very small, it had everything you needed but was not a place you wanted to relax in too long. The hotel was right on one of the main streets and in France that means tons of traffic noise almost all times of the day. If you want to stay here request a room in the back of the hotel. The breakfast is okay but only consists of croissant, bread, spreads, coffee, juice and yoghurt. If you want something else it's not there, unless maybe you can speak better french than we could (_:

Review 22：The internet worked great, though you constantly had to log in which was a little bit of a hassle. Bed was comfortable and cleaned daily. The beach was only a 5 min walk away! Though the room needed some work it was kept very clean.

Review 40：Great location, 5 min walk to the seaside. Very nice and characteristic gueast house, not new but really well kept. Toilet and WC room were well renewed with real good taste. We did not have the chance to try breakfast and restaurant. Just outside the hotel there are brasserie, anf fruit market, 2 min walk and you find a supermarket. Parking is on the road, free just during night.

Review 41：The room was not as ambient as described in the web page. We required a room with balcony. It turned out to one room in the rear corridor. Cold in the night and the heating did not work well.

Review 43：NOBODY in the hotel SPEAKS ENGLISH. We booked in advance as we were with our little dog, and we send them an e-mail about the charging. no answer, so we call them by phone and they said no charge. At the end in the bill we had 9 euros of charge for the dog and when we asked the reason they simply say "I don't understand", also if you speak FRENCH and you have to pay! In our bill were charged also a breakfast we never did. The price for night and for facilities is too high if you compare to what you got, rooms are too small for 2 people and the stairs to reach the room are not big enough to carry the luggage for 3 floor and there is no lift or any kind of help to do that.

Review 45：A very friendly little hotel with very nice rooms and a lovely couple managing it. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the wonderful village of Etretat on a budget.
