Review 2：Excellent Relais & Chateux service. Beautiful location, unique outdoor hydrotherapy and spa and first class cuisine for real foodies. Set In terraced gardens in the hills above Cannes, in a lovely old village with art galleries & restaurants. A special treat - what's not to like?

Review 3：Excellent hotel, with charming buildings and rooms and great views on the surrounding hills and villages; the outdoor spaces, in particular the park and swimming pools, are outstanding, the staff is kind and professional and the restaurant simply amazing. Even a short stay gave us the impression of a highly relaxing escape in another dimension, although being just few kilometers from home.

Review 4：We had a bad view from room..they charged extra for every little thing. Drink and food prices a bit exaggerated. Town of Mougin is quaint, but very small. Hotel is a long, expensive cab ride to: Antibes/Juan le spina, Cannes., etc. By the time you step unti cab test hotel calls calls For you, its already 15E..hard to find one back from towns. I heard that there are a lot of robberies in area, would not recommend walking.

Review 8：In general, the reception service was well below par for apparently a high end hotel. It made me wonder do these people want our business?! Even when brought up our concerns to the manager, we were shocked at his attitude. No action to remedy the problem and no real concern for the client

Review 10：The room we were first checked into was not to a 5* standard, it was in the attic of the old building so very dark with small windows and a view of the trade car park. Refurb room re-located to was much better. Food and drink is very overpriced (£8 for a 3/4 full glass of milkshake by the pool!!) so we bought our own drinks from a local shop to take to the pool. Never experienced the main restaurant food for the same reason, this was a real negative for us so we ate at nearby Mougins and Cannes for the same standard of food at a much more reasonable price. When the pool area gets busy there are not enough sunbeds.

Review 12：This was our honeymoon. expected so much more of the hotel. Not what i expected. Room seemed outdated. Bed was hard and after i commented my discomfort hotel did not try to make me more comfortable since my husband thought bed was fine. I would have expected they try to make us both happy. Pillows too big. Dont eat breakfast there unless you eat tons. Shocked at the cost per person for breakfast when there is nothing extravagant offered. Room service forgot the fries with our meat and they came 15 minutes later. Just overall e pected so much more from what i rhought was to be a very luxurious hotel

Review 13：In contrast to the service and food in the main restaurant and Pergola which are superb the breakfast is very disappointing with poor and unhelpful service. Very overpriced.

Review 14：the shower in 301 is over the bath and does not adjust, I would have expected a walk in at this level of hotel. The rest of the room was very nice and the terrace was spacious ( some complain about the view over the reception area but it is really very tranquil and has morning sun). The restaurant forgot a stool for my handbag this time, just a small detail but one I am sure they would be disappointed with!

Review 15：We have eaten many times at the restaurant here and decided to also try the hotel. We were not disappointed. The grounds are beautiful and feel secluded and tranquil. The staff are, almost without exception, extremely friendly and one step ahead. Rooms are tasteful and as ever the food was excellent. The only disappointment was the waitress we had who tended to be on the surly side. Compared to the other staff it was somewhat incongruous. However, the location, the pool, and the service were all excellent and definitely to be recommended if in the area. Mougins is a beautiful village and a pleasant change from the coast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the attention to detail in the hotel overall was admirable.

We changed it at extra cost but would have been unhappy there for 4 nights so it would be better when booking with you if we could be sure of a room with a view. The food at the cafe around the pool was not good. We had 2 meals there as it was very pretty but both not up to the standard of Relais & Chateau hotel. We had a better lunch in a simple cafe in Mougins.

Review 38：Loved the gardens and the terrace for breakfast which was delicious. The pool was beautiful and just the right temperature. Very easy stroll into Mougins with all its restaurants etc. Room was large and comfortable with fantastic view.

Our hotel-ordered taxi was 20 min late and came with 13 Euro on the meter, refusing to take it off. Wi-fy was not always working in the room. The main swimming pool is off limits for children under 16 years old.
