Review 1：When the neighbors have dog barking 6h non stop it makes you remember your stay over Christmas. The hotel which position itself as a 4* should have roomrobes, and nice set of bathing stuff and sleepers which were missing.

Review 3：One night stopover only. Helpful friendly staff, put us and our 2 dogs in a lovely corner room and secured my bike in the cellar. Nice breakfast, will book again.
Review 4：The staff were incredibly helpful, the resort is quiet and very pretty, we had a great room with a view of the sea and the marina and the breakfast was very good.

Review 8：Very good hotel on the waterfront. Rooms had balcony with table and chairs, nice to relax on at end of day. Comfortable beds which ensured good nights sleep. Walking distance to restaurants by harbour. Underground car parking. Very pleasant receptionist on arrival. Good breakfast although quite a wait for eggs to be cooked.
Review 9：The bathtube clearly needs a refreshment. They didn't take into account our request while booking, but acknowledged it. (our room had to be near our children's). No intimacy on the balcony.

Review 12：I stay here if I am staying in L'Ampolla and it's never let me down. Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Lovely views of the bay from the sea-view balconies. The resort is small, well-kept, quiet, little known, low key and family friendly; mostly only used by the Spanish themselves with a smattering of French and Scandinavians.The resort consists largely of well-kept privately owned villas and apartments, with only about three actual hotels - it is totally off the radar of the package tour companies. Some very nice restaurants, small coves and beaches, and a fishing harbour and small yacht marina to complete the picture.
Review 13：This is a big hotel. It was out of season. I guess there were no more than half a dozen people in the hotel. But we had an attic room without a window. Well there was a french window which led out onto (into!) something like a prison yard. I'm reasonably tall, but to see over the wall I would have had to stand on one of the two chairs which didn't look strong enough to hold me. Comparing it to the hotel we had stayed at the night before was like comparing chalk and cheese, for a similar price. If you choose to use the basement parking brush up on your three point turns. You WILL need them!

Review 17：The shower leaked from somewhere all over the bathroom whenever used. Breakfast was fair only with no cooked breakfast at all the last morning and very little the previous days. No hotel information in rooms re. facilities eg. meal times and location of pool.

Review 19：The hotel is quite close to the railway line. You can't sleep if you have the windows open, thus you rely entirely on the air-con.and closed double glazed windows which do in fact keep the sound out !!

Review 21：The room was not cleaned to a high standard and not very well maintained. Large scratches in the wall, loose light fittings. No privacy on balcony. Swimming pools very small and you have to wear a rubber swimming hat in them which the hotel sells for 3.50 euros. Has a train line behind it and a busy trunk road, so quite noisy. Breakfast was not very good. Hot food, like fried eggs and bacon put on tray and left to go cold. Coffee from the vending machine was awful. Not a very pretty town and the nearby beach was just gravel. Like sunbathing in a car park. The minibar was just a fridge with two bottles of water in it, but you can buy a minibar pack from hotel. When you go out with your room card all electric switches off, so if you are out most of the day you come back to a warm fridge. I would not use this hotel again.

This young man did a brilliant job, but was overwhelmed most of the time.. This is a management issue, not enough staff that evening for anything like efficient service.

Food choice in the restaurant was very poor, expensive and mainly fish - these points seems to have been noted several times by reviewers and are still the same. Cleanliness of rooms is only surface clean - cobwebs under desk. Any noise inside or out is disturbing - furniture dragged around in other rooms is clearly heard. One or two staff members were unhelpful and looked like they didn't want to be there.

Review 54：Friendly and helpful staff. Reception quickly changed our room when we found it reeking of smoke. The underground car park is tight to access but spaces are adequate. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the centre of the town with it's many bars and restaurants. The room was large, comfortable and balcony had a great view out to sea.
