Review 1：It looks like they are understaffed: room was not ready, we had to wait for almost an hour after 16:00. The bed was not really double. No fridge in the rooms.

Review 2：Nice venue, spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Review 3：After arriving the offered room was a two bed one (we made our reservation for 3 persons). Then we got a non cleaned up room, so it was a bit caotic, but for the 3rd time we got a huge appartent with two rooms in it, so I felt compensated.

Review 4：The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but totaly met our expectations. The room was clean and huge. The wellness part of the hotel was comfortable so I would recommend it.

Review 5：The website could be a bit clearer on the style and nature of this hotel. It does appear to cater well for school groups and young families looking for outdoor adventure activities. Not quite the quiet mountain retreat we were looking for.

Review 10：It would have been nice if the site manager said bye to us. As he did last time. It's a small gesture but goes a long way.

Review 13：The position of the hotel is good. The room is clear, Mariazell is really close. This is a sport hotel for families.
