Review 1：The floor was so dirty my slipper was black

Review 2：The appartement was very well equipped , contains everything for a family stay willing to stay for weeks The complex is in a very calm area surrounded with a beautiful forest scenery

Review 3：We arrived in the dark and had difficulties finding the "replacement" office as the regular office was being renovated. But additional signs appeared the next morning based on our comments. It is an older facility and window shutters and sliding patio doors needed repair. The fans in the shower and toilet rooms ran continuously without off switches providing continuous white noise.

Review 4：Secure parking. Relatively quiet except for backup beeping of garbage trucks in the wee hours of one morning. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to problems. Within walking distance of a supermarket.

Review 5：This property was excellent for us having a car. The complex is set in a quite part of town and the staff were very accommodating during our stay. The rooms are modern and very spacious.

Review 6：The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay and with no decent bars or restaurants in close proximity (without walking up a steep hill to Vieux Mougins) we found our evenings very limited. Although the old town was only 1.5km the taxi cost was 20€. When on holiday we like to leave the car at home in the evening.

Review 11：Unfortunately were arrived after the storms so there were a few problems related to them which included some dampness in the room. We were given another room as soon as it became available & although we realized there was some site work being done to we didn't expect it right outside our door. Apart from that I think these apartments and the location were good value for the money and the staff spoke English and were friendly and accommodating.

Review 31：- Extremely overpriced for the value they offer - Kitchen was very narrow and not in line with the picture - Wifi didn't work in the apartment and this information was not given to us when we paid for the wifi - Pool area is work out and umbrellas are damaged - You cannot charge things to the room in the bar and the restaurant - The also charge extra for the safe Cleaning was done only twice in our 10 days stay and the second cleaning was the afternoon before we lest - at checkout they wanted to charge for 10 baguettes that we never got and they didn't believe me when I claimed that this was wrong

Review 46：Wifi very expensive, safety deposit box extra, local phone calls very expensive, gym, sauna, tennis courts etc all extra. I stayed 28 days and did not get a unit with a balcony, and the unit was only cleaned every 4 or 5 days. It was very noisy very early in the morning, and also since the A8 is very close, there was a lot of traffic noise. The shower doors allowed water all over the bathroom floor. There is supposed to be 24 hour reception, but at 6am when I left, it was locked up and dark.

Review 54：Did not like the four men that checked into the room right next door and stayed up until 3am. Walls very thin. They were very loud and the hotel was almost empty (November) so a shame they were right next door as we had four young children kept awake.
