Review 1：The hotel was almost empty and I was in the only noisy room, next to the elevator. The heating was making an awfull noise. The breakfast was terrible.

Review 11：The smell in the room was awful, I didn't sleep well. And when I claimed to the room service, the agent treated me as a liar. It was a bad experience.
Review 12：we had a fire alarm accident during our stay, because a young man smoke in the room. that's shocked everybody at 3 o'clock! And for the reception, a day lady and a day mousieur they are nice, but the night reception mousieur is so so.
Review 13：location. Two of the reception they are nice, warm, talk to us where to visit(thanks for suggest us to visit the "nancy spa", just near by the musee de l'ecole de nancy, it's a great hot spa water, rond pool), and the lady said sorry about that accident of midnight alarm.
Review 14：I found it expensive. The breakfast was basic. The room had a thin plastic wall separating the bathroom, and it didn't reach the ceiling. In addition, it smelled "funny", as a sewer. Impossible for a human being to sleep there. The personal changed me to an unsmelly room.

Review 19：Close to railway and bus station, the room was OK, but whole establishment had a run down feel and no public areas. Wi-Fi signal in room was very weak. Nancy is well worth a visit though.
Review 20：The stay un this hotel was a real nightmare, with no heating and no hot water in the shower and the staff didn't really care even if we talk to them several times. Don't bother booking this hole! Worst hotel ever!!!!
