Review 5：There is only one bar. Sometimes there is no staff at the bar and I had to wait for a drink a long time. Sometimes there was an older staffmember working at the bar. The communication with him was not easy and he was less friendly than the other staffmembers.

Review 14：We really enjoyed our stay at JS Cape Colom. The hotel was in a good location near shops, restaurants, bars and a beach but still in a quiet area. We really liked the fact that the hotel is adults only and there were lots of sun loungers dotted around site which was lovely. Rooms were fine, the view from the balcony was nice aswell. Food was varied, lots of choice. Overall great value for money! We hired a car and travelled to nearby Cala D'or and Portocristo which were lovely and both a short 10-15 drive away. We also travelled to Port de Polenca which was fantastic, I really recommend it! Just over and hours drive but really worth it.

Review 50：The towels were the most worn out - I ever have seen. The floor was not cleaned while we stayed for two nights. - The breakfast is according to the many all inclusive guests taste. But you can chose from more healthy stuff like fruit and youghurt. The mattress had been used by some very heavy persons. Many guests are smoking - most of the time . So you have to watch out where you sit as the wind can blow it your way

Some rooms have great sea view - if you have made a booking with sea view - you have to insist getting the right room - as some rooms have no view. Most guest are german and all inclusive. But we found the BAHIA AZUL restaurant 300metre away with look over the bay and view to the old city more inspiring - the food is excelente and good price - the waiter JAVE will do his best to serve you well cooked food -

Review 57：La gente del hotel super simpaticos y nos trataron muy bien. Very friendly staff, decent, clean room, buffet was great and did vary from one day to the next. We went for a triathlon and the hotel had prepared some special rates for the athletes and opened the pool early out of season. I would definitely go back if I do the triathlon again.

The food was ok, but I wouldn't go allinclusive. There are a lot of great cafes and restaurants in 10 minuteswalk that are very good and not expensive. You must book a hotel shuttleat least 2 days in advance or spend 100 euros for a taxi.
