Review 1：Too many elevators, too confusing, we had to take 4 elevators at times to get from top to bottom. We got stuck in one elevator - it broke - it was terribly hot inside - we forced the door open -- bad experience.
Review 2：Beautiful location on top of the mountain overlooking the sea. Nice staff, but they speak very little English.

Review 5：The main elevator was out of order) our room was in 14th floor) and there was not any clear information in the reception about the use of alternative elevators. It took very long time to find the right way to out room.

Review 11：Rooms were terrible. Good looking at first sight, a complete disaster in any detail. no shower gel, broken windows and handles, dirty everywhere. Pillows were a nightmare. WIFI not provided in the facility except public areas (maybe) and limited TV. No minibar. Extremely overprices for a night sleep.
