Review 1：Don't like the bidet. Should be optional. The chairs outside were a little rickety.

Review 2：The big rooms and bathroom and the balcony. The bin in the bathroom was great. Very clean and consistent standards. Room turn down every night was also very good. Breakfast buffet was delicious and a very big choice. My grandmother's kitchen restaurant was perfect - food, service and ambience.

Review 3：We booked the room specifically for the private hot tub and the water was cold the first night. The hot tub never stayed hot and had to be refilled often to get hot water. For such an expensive room the hot tub should be functional.

Review 14：The flag stones around the indoor swimming pool became very dangerously slippery when wet (????). No outdoor warmed up swimming pool which we have found as a very welcome addition in other similar resorts. Resort backs onto the motorway which is very very noisy so we could not sit on the balcony in our room or open the balcony doors. Not enough variety regarding restaurants for half-board for a whole week; the only options left were just two, either sea food or steak restaurants. One of the restaurants (la trattoria) was closed. The pool bar/bistro was closed (it would have been nice to be able to have a superb burger for lunch with a cold beer). No choice of a decent selection of salads on any of the menus.

Review 15：What you would expect from a 5 start resort beach-side hotel including facilities, service, price, hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast etc. Staff were utterly brilliant. We went half-board and it exceeded our expectations as it was a la carte (instead of the expected buffet). Good food though expensive - not worth it if not half-board. Nice to be able to use the indoor warm swimming pool especially with young children and it was the first week of October i.e outdoor pool was unuseable due to being very cold (same applies to sea). Ample beach for kids to build sand castles. kids' menu was excellent. There is an organic garden which we really enjoyed visiting.

Not enough for teenage children to do in evenings

Review 65：Our room was very closed to the highway, you can't hear anything if you have the windows close, but I guess in the summer time it might be really noisy. Children buffet is extremely unhealthy - everything has sugar inside, you can't even find on that buffet a plain yoghurt. Having at children's height chocolate cereals, sweetened muffins and sweet yoghurt creates very unpleasant situations for parents who want to raise their kids healthy. The other point I didn't like was the Facial treatment at the spa. When you book (a 100 EUR treatment, which is the cheapest option), they don't tell you they just massage you in slow motion for one hour without the proper cleansing (with a steamer) that is a STANDARD in any other basic facial treatment. When I found out it was too late.

Review 67：Baby changing table in the seafood restaurant - but in general sink area of ladies toilets- not private- but nowhere else appeared to have changing facilities. Had to change baby on marble vanity counter in ladies toilet when at other restaurants. Hotel should address this as it lets down what is otherwise a good hotel. We were in a rush when checking out in the evening and there was only one reception staff member who spent 20 minutes chatting & laughing with another guest - she stopped to ask what I needed and when told checkout as soon as possible as running late for airport, she said she would phone for another member of staff, which she did but it took 20 minutes for another member of staff and I felt she could have served me rather than clearly just chatting with other guests. Checkout should be more efficient in a hotel of this standard.

Review 68：Staff were extremely helpful. Poolside staff went out of their way to provide extra sun umbrellas to shade our young child and produced loungers and umbrellas from store rooms when the garden loungers were all full. Gardens lovely. Direct access to beach from garden and can take long walk on beach. Restaurants good. Breakfast extremely good buffet - much better than many other 4 or 5 star hotels and served on terrace overlooking gardens or inside. Standard room extremely good - luxurious bathrooms and well appointed room. View over Carpark from standard room I think the more expensive rooms have pool / sea views but we did not need a view - you can go outside in the gardens for that.
