Review 1：I think is a good hotel of 3 stars, not four. The temperature in the room was too high (27° C in winter) and to lower the temperature it was necessary dismount the wood panel in front of the radiator.

Review 2：Very quiete place. The Kirghizistan girl at the reception is the most friendly and professional person ever met in Austria hotels (sorry but usually Austrians are not so kind with Italians, I don't know why...)

Review 3：Dinner was included and very well arranged. Consisted of different local specialties. Great quality considering the price. Spa area was small but cosy and not crowded (just me and my girlfriend actually).

Review 14：Very nice hotel, great room with a splendid view. The sauna and other spa facilities are small but very comfortable. Tea, water, bathrobes in room were a nice touch.

Review 15：The overall service was generally poor. Only one towel in the bathroomwhen we got into the room. When we went down to the reception to ask foradditional towels, there was no-one there. Apparently this particularhotel doesn't feel the need to man a reception at all times despiteguests being able to leave room keys on view behind the desk!Pillows, well the most pathetic excuse for pillows! Seriously please provide additional pillows. We don't all wish to lay down on what could only be considered as a babies nappy!! We had to use the cushions from the chair and the dressing gowns to make our nights sleep that bit more comfortable seeing as there were no staff on reception to ask for additional ones. What was surprising was the maids the following day remade our bed leaving the cushions and dressing gown in position, surely common sense would have been to provide us with additional ones!! The breakfast was one of the worst continental breakfasts I have ever had to endure and organised poorly. Firstly you can't just sit anywhere, oh no. We tried to sit down at a table and the waitress freaked out. We sat down anyway. We found out two days later that the reason for her freaking out was each room is allocated a table. We were not told this. We should and I repeat we should have been told this when we arrived. One day because we didn't have a table, we had to sit in the lobby. The waitress service was poor. Sometimes you got offered coffee sometimes not. The hot drink and cold drinks machine broke down on different days. The hotel provided hot food for breakfast, it was not exactly hot; the sausages and scrambled egg etc were luke warm at best. The rest of the cold breakfast food was just ok. Oh and our allocated table on the last day was given to another couple...why?!?! Evening food was buffet service and laid out in the lobby area, we never sampled any of it so we cannot comment; the food smelt of rotting garbage and put us off!!!

Review 16：The views from the hotel and from our bedroom were lovely and the roomwe stayed in was pleasantly appointed and very clean. Good location tothe mountains. The shuttle service to and from the airport and to theski lift is good, but needs improvement. But that is where thecompliments for this hotel finish.
