Review 1：Room is not cleaned on daiky basis, room service was paying extra.
Review 2：Appartment like facility, with small kitchen to prepare your own meal. Located on 10-15 mij from Plas Stanislas
Review 3：No airco and we rented the room on the hottest day of 2015 so that was a pitty.
Review 4：Good big room. The location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to the centre of Nancy.
Review 5：1) Extra money for wifi which did not working properly 2) A phone number was given if anyone comes late but the waiting queue was very long and after someone picked up the phone, we were put on the list again because they could not speak English 3) Elevator did not work

Review 7：We stayed three nights and the hotel refused to give us fresh towels each day, we were told this was there company policy. An unacceptable policy.

Review 9：We arrive late, we advised previously, we didn't recieve the sms with the password to open the security box to get the keys of our room, we called them, the guy who answer couldn't speak english, it was a disaster! We had to spend a lot of money calling to all the numbers that we could found, and after two hours we could get f.. keys of the room.

Review 11：No follow up after the booking: they were supposed to send us Text messeages with codes; they did not. So I spent half an hour on telephone to get them. A disaster. Shower with no mixer. Remote control of TV does not work
Review 12：Way how to get your keys and no.of room later in the night is terrible and danger: you should receive a code to safe next to reception. In our case - safe was empty and keys laying on the desk. And a floor was full of foreign people. Simply : safe was not very save!

Review 23：The apartment was well fitted, spacious and had plenty of light. It was quiet and we will return when we can. It was a bit of walk to the city but there is a tram nearby. There is a supermarket nearby as well restaurants and bars.

We had a spacious living room, a small but fonctionnal kitchen and a comfy room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All of this for 40 euros a night ! Excellent value for money, I'll book there again next time I'm in Nancy.
Review 72：It was hard to get into the building when we arrived. We had been sent a code to open the door. This didn't work (for anyone - other guests were also having difficulty) and there was no way to get the attention of the people at the reception desk inside. Another guest had to let us in.
Review 73：There was plenty of space in our room and everything we needed - basic, but functional. We were able to cook a simple evening meal for our toddlers and put them to bed, which was exactly what we wanted.

Review 81：Weird reception opening hours. Extremely poor room quality - old disintegrating and worn out furniture, dirty walls. Only half of the beds had pillows (we were 2 adults, two small children). We were not able to locate the TV remote control (not that we needed it but just to mention). The advertisement images on the booking.com website are misleading, since they represent the conditions as they were 30 years ago, when the last renovation was made. It is all very puzzling, since the building looks newer than the room itself.
