The residence itself is made up of eight 3-story buildings with an upper part on the cliffs overlooking the bay and a lower part overlooking Morgat beach.
The residence is surrounded by landscaped gardens, and all the apartments have either a terrace or balcony and face the sea. There is a public beach of fine sand 1,000 feet away and a small rocky beach (at low tide) just below the residence.

Review 1：Property could benefit from some modernisation, but if location is your thing, this is real value for money
Review 2：Awesome location both in terms of situation on the rock coast with steps directly accessing the beach and the small village that has managed to preserve its local feel. The pool has a great sea view and is well suites for kids
Review 3：All good - but lack of wifi was a bit of a problem since I was trying to keep in touch with older children at home, one with special needs - never left them before and they were caring for our dogs also.

Review 5：The attitude and absence of a sense of hospitality of the receptionists. We were given incorrect and incomplete information about our departure and hence ended up spending extra money. They seemed to have a hard time apologising about it too.

Review 8：The position, although a little out of the village, was ok. The pool was good and everywhere was spotless. The staff were charming and helpful and the sun never stopped shining! The beaches in the surrounding area are truly stunning - we swam loads and there were surfers in abundance.
Review 9：Smell of the toilet - complained and had it cleaned twice with no joy, not sure if it was just the water, the smell was there for the 10 days, spoiling the accommodation. Noise from local night club across the way kept me awake on several occasions. Poole smaller than expected.

Review 13：Narrow places in the car park, garden not well kept. Staircase where is nearly off the paiting from stairs and walls. The room was not very clean and it seemed like long term uncleaning, toilet, bathroom, spider webs etc. The balcony really need to be repaired. It is a 4stars aparthotel, but we had to prepare the linen ourselves and the safe in the room had to be paid. Wifi has to be bought, but the only place you can use it is in the reception area, that so only open 8-12 and 5-8.

Review 15：The reception was only open for a few hours a day which made it difficult to make requests. I paid €16 for WiFi for the week which was only available in reception. I had to send an email in pouring rain outside the reception door and was very annoyed to have to do this since I had paid

Review 29：We booked this accomodation for the pictures of the view on bookings.com, when we arrived they tried to give us a room way around the side, next to the laundry, with a view of some ones roof and a huge pine tree, could hardly see the ocean, not happy, refused this room and was very happy they were able to accommodate us with the room we got. You have to buy wifi, ok, but the only place you can use it is in the reception area, that so only open 8-12 and 5-8, they need a designated room for guests to use the wifi, whenever they want to. The third and most unbelievable thing to me is.....we were only stopping for three nights, I asked for another roll of toilet paper on my second day and was told that the resort only supplies one roll of toilet paper per stay, unbelievable, for $110.00 aud per night I expect to be supplied with toilet paper, ok the room rate was reasonable, but really?
Review 30：The second room we were offered in block E had a panoramic view of the bay and about 10 metres from the sea, you could hear the waves at night, fantastic, we had a lovely big balcony, with out door furniture, centrally located, nautical themed furnishings were nice, was very clean, and comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped, reasonably priced.
Review 31：There are limited facilities with no bar or cafe. The apartment is extremely overpriced for what you get. For a family of 4 the apartment felt very small and you need to make up the sofa beds every night in the living accommodation for the 5 apartment property. The property (albeit refurbished and very clean inside) is looking quite tired from the outside on the balcony areas.
Review 32：The location of Residence Pierre et Vacances Morgat is lovely. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the sea gradually shelves out in the bay so is relatively safe. A nice easy walk from Morgat.
