Review 1：Entertainment could have been a bit better especially in the daytime for the children. We also had trouble with mosquitos in our room.

Review 2：We all enjoyed our stay.

Review 3：Rooms had a little bit of a smell. Decor had been patched up. We were in room 3211 and there was a patch above the headboard nearest the window; another on the ceiling outside the bedroom;another damp patch on the ceiling above shower; 2 more on the left wall if you are at the kitchenette sink. We booked this hotel based on previous reviews, but while the majority of staff were very good , the hotel its self was a let down. Would I go back ? No.

Review 4：Garden/pool area was very good - plenty of beds. Pool bar/food area was good - Toni the waiter was quick and efficient. Two reception staff were very helpful and pleasant - Maria Joe in particular , and Tomeu .

Review 5：Staff were wonderful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, moments from the White sand beach, shops and banks nearby too. The hotel is very family oriented with plenty of activities and great entertainment for children. My little girl loved the mini disco and made a good friend to boot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Review 7：We had a Royal Terrace Room and the terrace was fabulous, pool and adult pool I could not fault, everywhere was spotless, all the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, location is spot on beach, bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. We had an excellent holiday.

Review 15：The fact that you could not sit outside if you were eating from the buffet and you could not order a gin and tonic, but had to go to the outside bar. All rather basic and ad hoc.

Review 16：This time having lunch in the outside bar, service was very slow even though there were only 2 other tables, some items ordered did not arrive. The bill was wrong when it eventually came, it had 4 extra items on it, so had to wait again for a new bill

Review 17：Attention to detail, fruit and wine welcome pack. Also on our first visit 2 years ago a bottle of champagne for my husbands birthday, even though we had not mentioned it, they got the date from his passport. Well done

Review 18：The family entertainment is really boring even for the kids who started to throw the popcorn on the entertainers!! I was really shocked as I was last year in the just next door hotel which was amazing, modern, great children and family entertainment, very friendly staff with much cheaper price. I had to check out just after few days although that my booking was for two weeks as it was such a waste of money. Don't be fooled and avoid this hotel it really doesn't worth the money you will pay for such old rooms!! and the internet is the worse among all the hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Even their own pc which you will have to pay one EUR for 12 mins! has very poor internet. I couldn't even login to booking.com to cancel my entire vacation in their hotel !! I was depressed after only one day of stay. I wouldn't mind to pay more but for the quality of rooms and services I thought that I will get. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Less than 30 mins from the airport, loads of pools, slides, climbing frame, trampoline, bouncy castle, kids club activity every hour etc... And large food selection during the buffet meals, which on the whole were of a good quality.

Review 41：Fabulous facilites for both adults & children. The entertainment staff are excellent at what they do. huge variety of games every day. Children's pool wit pirate ship & plenty of slides provided hours of fun. Main pool is large wit plenty of sunbeds available. Rooms were spotless.cleaned 5 days a week. Everything u need provided in kitchenette.sofa & pull out bed in living area. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Beds are very comfty not the cheap spring you usually get from most hotels. Food in buffet is great but i like to verture out so only did a couple bookings. Review 50：Fantastic staff - very helpful and friendly. The terrace - worth paying the extra for the jacuzzi and sun trap. Close to the beach, supermarkets and motorway for day trips (Port de Sóller and Andratx highly recommended)

Review 51：The Spa closed at 6pm. The Fitness Centre was freezing. The room had no afternoon sunlight and the old heater could not properly heat the room. When it was on it was very noisy. A rental car was necessary.
