Review 1：Lovely hotel - attentive staff and made very welcome. Wellness centre - excellent facilities including a large pool. Food in the restaurant is excellent.

Review 2：The temperature in the hotel is very high. During night time it is difficult to reduce the temperature, even if windows are opened. As a result also the air is very dry.

Review 6：The only thing I would say is that the hotel may be a little TOO family friendly - to the detriment of couples or people who like some peace and quiet. WIFI is only available in public areas and these were often full of noisy children and on two days - a six year old doing her piano practice (very badly and loudly) on the grand piano. Even the relaxation area of the spa had noisy, unaccompanied children in it. May have been our fault for clashing with Dutch and French school holidays but would suggest that some areas are restricted for adults or that people are asked to be a little more considerate.

Review 7：It is a beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food and just over the road from the ski lift so a great location. The spa area is one of the best I have seen.

Review 12：We didn't have a big issue with the fact that the staff mostly spoke no English, because we have some grasp of German and it helped us practice. But for someone who has no notion of German it might get a little uncomfortable. I was expecting to have internet connection, paid or not, in the room as well, but it was available only in the lobby and restaurant. It could have been a temporary issue, however.

Review 13：We went there for a relaxing holiday before the summer season was over. The hotel is very confortable - we had a double deluxe, which is really big with a really big terrace. Bathroom is rather small, but it is allright. The price included meals, and the food was enough and excellent to, sometimes, awesome. Compliments to the chef! The personnel service ok and the atmosphere in the hotel, very friendly. The spa facility is all you could wish for. The location is wonderful, we took walks on the mountains in a splendid scenery. The hotel daily brochure contains suggestions for hiking routes, spa programs and all kinds of useful information. We deffinitely want to go back. Best aspects for us: scenery, food and spa
