Review 1：Twin beds pushed together do not make a good double bed for a couple. They drift apart....the beds that is not the couple! Some traffic noise from the nearby streets but at least the sound insulation was good when windows closed.

Review 2：The hotel is clean and comfortable with very helpful staff who seemed happy to advise on good places to see and eat. Easy free parking. Short walk to the beach.

Review 7：Unheated pools with cold water, narrow 2-person beds which cannot be separated, sofa beds a bit "this and that" in quality, U-shaped hotel has an "inner yard" which should be closed by 22-23PM as some nights visitors sit/drink/smoke until late in the night and the noise bothers all others trying to sleep, rooms next to the street in the "west wing" are noisy throughout the night (e.g. room #215 and rooms alike)

Review 12：The sliding door onto the balcony locked when it was only meant to shut and we got locked out of the apartment, and had to call a bypasser walking along the street to go to the hotel reception for them to let us back into the apartment or we could have been locked out all night

Review 20：The entertainment staff are superb. They were tireless in their energy and enthusiasm with all the children including our three girls aged 7, 4 & 3. It made our holiday, as parents so much more relaxing.

I need to speak about their dancing performance. I were to many hotels but the dancing of Rosa del Mar animation team outclassed everything I saw before. Truly professional dancing level, something you don’t expect to see at hotel show stage. It was absolute joy to watch them and have fun all day with them. Thank you Johnny, Kuba, Adriana and Andra!

Review 29：I did not like that we ad to get up early in the morning to get a sunbed near the pool. There was to little space for sunbeds around the poolarea.

Review 34：Minor issues. Pool towels and TV remote are available from reception with a deposit (OK) but the information was not clear from the welcome note and we spent some time searching for remote. The finish on some of the refurbishing is not top class (a plastic panel from the ceiling over the shower fell down during our stay)

Staff were very friendly, especially Viktor on front desk who was very helpful. 4 year old was very happy with the kids pool and while we did not avail of the kids club, the animation team seemed very friendly and involved. The location is fine, about 100m from Palmanowa beach, 5 minutes from Magaluf beach and 200m from Katmandu kids park,

Review 43：We all know that no hotel is perfect, but I must say that this is a very pleasant place to spend the holidays with your family. Very child-friendly environment and newly renovated premises. Convenient location, even though I guess this might be a bit busy in the summer... Entertainment team very friendly for both kids and adults. Price of drinks in the bar very reasonable. We definitely will consider coming back with friends and family there in the future.

Review 53：A very tidy, and clean hotel that is great for families. Rooms are cleaned EVERY day and all towels are replaced everyday as well. All the rooms are in perfect condition; this hotel deserves 5 stars. The staff is kind and polite and very cooperative. The hotel is perfect for families as it offers many activities throughout the full day, from the morning to the evening.

Review 85：The hotel was located right at the start of the Magaluf strip! Not a place to be out with children, lots of young British people, drunk, disgusting language, shouting & bawling! Immediately outside of the hotel was unclean and often smelt unpleasant. The rooms were visited by a cleaner each day but not much cleaning was done! Floors not wiped and balcony furniture not wiped over once! Also, cleaners didn't arrive before 4pm on any day! Lifts small and forever encountering the cleaners in there, with their large trollies full of everyone's rubbish! Staff on the whole were miserable. Not enough sun loungers around the main pool, needed to be up really early if you wanted one.

Review 86：The kids pools were good for younger children, kept them amused for hours and safe. The beach was a short walk away and preferred to be there than at the hotel.

Review 87：One of the lifeguards was doing a really good job. He was paying attention to the pool and the people. But the other lifeguard was really poor. He was repeatedly checking his phone and not paying attention. While on duty he went over and cut Mynth? from below one of the palms and took it into the bar. He even one time fell asleep while on duty.

Review 95：The lifeguards change every few hours and some let you get away with things while others didn't, need some consistency in there rules!! Also no lilos are allowed in the pool, just a tip before you go out and buy them or bring them with you.
