Review 1：Worst hotel breakfast in a long time. Room not cleaned well at all,black hair all over. Only 1 wifi code per room, we had 2 mobiles.Exceptionally rode receptionist.

Review 3：There was too much music played loud around the pool during the weekend. It seems as if all entertainment had to be accompanied by loud music. Some people were trying to relax and had loud music played around the poolarea( one could not get away ) for about four or five hours on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason we will probably never return.

Review 5：I had to change rooms as my first room had many issues. Toiletwouldn't flush, broken blind and hole in curtain. I also asked for abalcony and they gave me a terrace which was large but had a 6ft brickwall around it! So I couldn't see anything!! They changed my roomfor me but no apology or kindness from the reception staff, it seemedlike it was a problem for them to move me as I wasnt happy. I know Iwent in August time but it was full of children and it was like Butlins.Childen entertainment at night when I just wanted to relax by the barwith a drink and kids music playing all the time. The location is alsovery poor. Its not near anything, no shops or places to see, you have tiget taxi to everywhere. They should advise that this is more of afamily/Children place and nothing is near you, so unless you have acar, you are stuck in the hotel for the whole holiday. I really didntlike it so I left after 3 days and staying in another hotel.

Review 7：Got ignored for 30 min by staff at pool bar one evening, despite dtaning with a €50 note in my hand & catching their attention. Made a formal complaint which wasn't even acknowledged. Location definitely lets hotel down - 7 miles equidistant from Estepona & Puerto Banus. Definitely need a car.

Review 9：there was a charge to use the safe in the room. The table on the terrace was tiny and only big enough for drinks for two even though a 4 person apartment. Entertainment started too late (9 45pm for children). Parking had to be paid for so difficult to park.Free wifi very slow and paid wifi cost 30 Euro per weak. Rubbish had to be taken from the apartment to the central waste as no facilities for leaving rubbish in the building. Pool too cold

Review 10：Pool was enjoyed by 7 year old and the kids club also.

Review 11：Very basic rooms with hard mattresses. Sofa was broken at one end. Room only cleaned once during our six day stay. Ran out of toilet roll after day 3 and had to go to reception and ask for more! Wifi was extremely slow and only allowed one gadget per room.

All foods came at different times and it was not jus minutes apart, I had finished my plate and my partners food still hadn't arrived! Also my son ordered fish with chips and he had finished his fish and his chips still hadn't arrived, we got so angry that we cancelled my partners food and my sons chips!! The lady working there wasn't too helpful either when we cancelled the good she said it's not my fault, well it's def not ours is it?!! So their could be room for improvement there!

Starts to be worn out. Water in the pool in the afternoon warm and dirty every afternoon. An employee said they started too cut costs. Maybe cutting in the wrong places?

Review 71：Nice large pool for kids. 1 bedroom apartement was large enough for family of four (2 single beds and double sofabed). Activity leader was great (Young guy from Bulgaria) The kids want to go back.

We paid a good price (not one fora 4 star hotel) so we didn´t expect much more but with prices going upon high season I believe many guests will be disappointed with thefaccilitties, namely, the bedrooms which in some cases need hugeimprovements in terms of comodity (the kitchen is badly equiped forexample) and appearence (our bathroom had a hole on the ceiling...).Also, for a 4 star hotel you would expect better services within thehotel (internet, bar services, room service). I would recomend the hotelbut always with controled expectations.

The hotel refused to allow us to change saying they would implant 100% cancellation policy. So we had no choice n tried to make the best of it. The rest of the experience was painful and frustrating!! If u wanted a drink you'd have to wait 10 mins before someone came to serve u, we wanted food and got told there was no food until 4pm when the restaurant opened bk up for bar snacks, they had no crisps or bread at reception. So we waited 1.5 hrs and then went to get some food only to see the restaurant was closed and not open again until 6pm. I've never stayed in a hotel where it's so difficult to eat and drink and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating, I'm surprised they even make any profit!

We requested a kettle at reception but no toasters wereavailable. The apartment is clean but does not warrant its 4 star ratingin my opinion (3 star at best). The room was not cleaned in the 3 nightswe stayed and maid service is an extra charge. There is no wifi in theroom either. The pool area looked nice but as we were visiting family,we did not make use of it. The hotel is not very conveniently locatedwithout a car, and would not make a good base if you were on a properholiday, unless you plan to stay mostly at the hotel. Overall, it wasnot an unpleasant stay, but really nothing to write home about. The onlyreason we chose this was for its reasonable rates and proximity tofamily who live in Estepona.

Nothing wrong with that but had I knownI would have booked elsewhere.Most annoying thing was we had to ask for a toaster, kettle and iron and take them to our room (quite a distance) and return them to reception at the end of our holiday. We had to take our rubbish to skips again quite a distance.
