Review 1：Beds were not the most comfortable. Age group staying at the hotel was 60+ which wasn't great as the entertainment was aimed at that age group.

Review 14：Wifi was not free at all. Have to pay around 20 euros for a week and it's slow. Not really for children or young people. My partner and I kept joking it was like being in a retirement home! But everyone was lovely.

Review 18：I booked this hotel on the proviso that it was an Adults only Hotel, However when we arrived and checked into our room, it became apparent that children were present in the hotel. which was very disappointing, and we had an extremely rowdy family on our floor, and most nights they were making noise till 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning. I would like to stay at this Hotel again, However I believe that if children are now allowed in the hotel, Then I will not be booking again at the Palma Nova Palace, which is a great shame for a great hotel.
