Review 1：Could have some tea/coffee making ingredients within unit itself.

Review 2：Staff very friendly. Close to beach and golf course. Lovely balcony to enjoy the summer sun.

Review 3：Floor in apartment 11 needs addressing. Takes squeaky floor boards to a whole new level! Cats lying on dining chairs not particularly hygenic. You are also expected to clean the kitchen and bathroom, sweep the floor and take out the garbage prior to check out. Should have just stayed home!

Review 5：jets in tub did not work. Need thicker pillow on chairs. Bed was nice and big but a bit hard and sagging in the middle.lighting was too dim, difficult to read anywhere , even the lobby.

Review 6：Well equipped cute apt and inviting jet tub. Nice area away from the city of Biarritz but driving distance to Cinq Canton with shops and grocery store within 2 km.

Review 7：Was a 30-40 minute walk from any restaurants, shops or bars. There was only a bath in the bedroom with no shower screen so when we tried to use the shower the room flooded.

Review 8：The villa was very modern. The room was comfy with great cooking facilities and outdoor area. Air-conditioning kept us cool in really warm weather. The pool and sun loungers were great. The location was a five minute walk from the beach. WIFI connection worked well. Staff were really helpful.

Review 19：Poorly cleaned and maintained room. Very small and noisy double bed. Pool wasn't available due to maintenance. Whole property could do with a makeover as looks tired. Didn't feel like there was anyone working there who cared about how things looked - they were just doing their jobs. Not at all what was expecting for the price we paid.

Review 21：The bed was a bit hard and made terrible noise every time you turn. The wifi was ok but logged out after a few minutes which was annoying (especially since the login codes were long and random) One roll of toilet paper for the entire stay was a bit cheap. Not so many restaurants or stores in the area (not necessarily a bad thing).

Review 22：Large nicely decorated room (number 4). Easy access to Anglet beach and boardwalk. Good parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 23：We received no parking access code in advance and so couldn't get in to park the car until a passenger went to reception, no good if on your own as there is nowhere to park the car on the road. Our room must have been one of the smallest in the complex with the settee positioned underneath an eve. When using it you have to remember where you are or nearly knock yourself out on the roof, (which we did twice). The Spa/hot tub was only ever on low power, not functioning properly

Review 24：The location was first class, a short stroll to the beach. The grounds were nice, well kept and car parking good. We had a balcony with a sea view too. Decent value for money.

Review 25：The apartment with its grounds and setting was absolutely beautiful, very close to the beach. The area was lovely. The staff were very attentive, and free wifi everywhere. The whole experience was very relaxing.

Review 28：We really missed an own piece of garden with some shadow for the kids to play Outside. The terrace was fully im the sun an too hot to play. The house was not really clean and it misses a bit of homely atmosphere (like no pillows on the outdoor furniture, no candles, plants etc.)

Review 29：We were in the 10p-villa. Super spacious, luxurious interior. Loved to have it fully air conditioned. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Good privacy on the terrace. Super close to the beach. Shared swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice and not too crowded. Great to have our own little pool on the terrace.

Review 30：Jacuzzi which was situated just in front of our apartment had a minus due to some of young guys ware partying late now and made a lot of nice. It happened only 2 nights in a row, otherwise except this little incident everything else was just fabulous.

Review 33：The staff at Villa Clara were fantastic. The apartment was great and we loved the location right behind the beach. We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the property. The design was great and the location with views over the green of the golf course and the ocean. Will definately stay here again.
